This remains a good hotel to stay when you go to Piatra Neamt - clean rooms, and perfect location next to train station, the télécabines for the mountain, and close to all shopping malls. Cleaning people clean up room in approximative way, the cup of coffee was left on the corridor by cleaning person instead of bringing the cup down to restaurant. One of the towel was very used, ready for retraitement, the person in charge can decide to remove it from circuit. As said, good location, just some small details are required to make it great location. I recommend.
