Swimming pool facilities too small, even though the public one. But breakfast is fantastic, have the choice of American or Thai style breakfast. Somebody came to our Villa to cook at our demand breakfast and time schedule. We all have a enjoyable trip.

衞生超級超級差，連國內基本的連鎖快捷型酒店都不如，花費8000多人民幣入住這一晚，被坑死，我們本來定的三晚，一進房間立馬跟攜程反應跟我們在攜程看到的照片不符這個是第一，第二衞生和環境太差，我們要求退房，第一晚協商無果攜程讓我們先將就住下，第二天第三天我們就別住了，讓我們先看別的酒店，誰知道，就這樣我們晚上準備洗澡才發現，竟然還沒有熱水，天理何在！！！！這樣的酒店竟然還能生存，可笑！目前到現在為止，攜程還沒有給我解決方案，意思酒店不願意退我們沒有入住的兩晚的房費，天吶！攜程上合作的代理商還有酒店，竟然還有公然搶錢的行為

We got the Vila with the view and pool. Nice place very big I mean very big. The Location is just right above Kata. Great views of KATA and just under the Big Buda . The unit we were in needs some more TLC. Just a little older but nice and clean the staff was great. We liked having the staff come and make us breakfast in our kitchen. They did great and my wife got a vacation from dealing with the kitchen.

The rooms was fresh but the beds on the lower floors was really hard and tough to sleep in, it was very clean and a good hotel but the pools was really bad, specially the one in the rooftop, it was all brown and you could not even see the bottom of the pool. The pool in the villa was better but still not very clean. The staff was really polite.

Good location and perfect seaview from the top floor with swimming pool. so, we were very lucky to got this villa. Just 15min drive to Patong Beach and 3min to Kata beach. Very good service and the staffs were very polite. The surrounding area are more natural quite and peaceful. I must say this is best place for family or couples who loves seaview and natural environment. Every movement we have spent here is so valuable and enjoyable. We will definitely back here again and I strongly recommend this place to who traveling here.

Sadly a truly awful experience. We were booked in for 5 nights and stayed only 1. Main issues: 1) water and pool pump located near 2 bedrooms and very noisy 2) not really a villa, but several separate hotel type rooms so poor layout 3) waited for hot water in one of the bathrooms which never arrived and only caused the water pump to activate making even more noise and sleep impossible for those in the bedrooms next to it 4) cleanliness not satisfactory, poor finishes and stained couch 6) the AC in the lounge area made a constant shrilling noise 7) the pool area was surrounded by concrete- no sun lounges or real area to relax by the pool The breakfast was nice
