Der Preis ist mit dem Hotel angemessen, das Hotel liegt in guter Lage und in der Nähe des Einkaufszentrums.

Gute Lage, um zu Fuß zum Einkaufszentrum, zum Restaurant außerhalb und in der Nähe des Strandes zu gelangen.

Schöner Ort, nette Leute und toller Service. Empfohlen!!!!!!

Gute Lage, nette Atmosphäre, mehr Bequemlichkeit für Einkaufszentrum

Die Lage scheint nicht so weit vom Strand entfernt zu sein, etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Das war praktisch, denn direkt vor der Lobby gab es einen Selbstbedienungs-Münzwaschsalon. Der Pool war auch schön. Im Zimmer roch es muffig, bitte beheben Sie das Problem! Es gibt Geschäfte und ein 7-Eleven in der Nähe, also ist es praktisch.

Die Unterkunft ist ziemlich alt. Das Zimmer riecht schlecht. Aber für den Preis ist es ok.

Top Hotel, geräumiges Zimmer. Alles ist neu! Der Pool ist groß und sauber! Super gut gelegen, nicht weit vom Kata Beach entfernt und gleichzeitig ruhig. Ich empfehle +++

I’ve stayed at beach heights, beach condotel and beach boutique (all at the same location but under different names). I didn’t really enjoy the Beach Boutique nearly as much as Beach Heights and the rooms were MUCH smaller, poorly lit and the TV’s in the whole block got no reception

After huge hygiene problems in the room (my girlfriend had to leave) , the manager upgraded us in The Beach Heights hotel which was absolutely awesome. The pool is great . After being upgraded , I started to really enjoy my stay there . My advice , avoid the beach boutique hotel , and book for the beach heights hotel. For few bucks more , it’s totally worth it .

This hotel is comfortable. The bed is good. I couldn’t work out the TV in the rooms that they had to sort it out. Air conditioning is good. The view side wasn’t the best but I had a balcony. The hotel is clean and the bathroom.. Location wise its hotel is perfect as it’s near to all the restaurants 15 minute walk to the beach. I did notice my card was missing from my bag as I didn’t use locker in my room and I did report my card is missing to reception. They did said they will investigated and get back to me which they didn’t. That’s the only downfall of me losing two cards which meant I couldn’t draw any money out . The deposit at the hotel do take 3000 baht and I did ask before I check out to have the money as I couldn’t draw any money out as my cards were missing. So they do gave me some money from my deposit.

Had a 5 days in this hotel,everything went smooth.Personal was very friendly and always try to help you with anything you ask.We come very early and personal on reception let us check in two hours before,which was very kind from their side ,because we had a 4 years old baby.Plus they upgrade our room to deluxe with our own access to the pool on first floor. Breakfasts was nice and everyday updated,lots of fruits ,bakery and nice brewed coffee. Very good location with lots of bars ,restaurants and not far from beach. Have free parking for car at the basement. Can recommend this hotel if you stay alone or with kids,there is a two kind of pools ,private and big with kid zone.

The area is good there’s a lot of restaurants and it’s right next to the night market. It’s about a 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. The size of the room was good - they don’t provide slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, or a comb. I didn’t try their breakfast…used Panda food which is a useful App. The beach is amazing! More chilled with less people and you can rent the beach umbrellas.

Room is great - spacious, bright, clean and comfortable with a nice view of the pool. It's reasonably soundproof against the outside, though you can faintly hear the people next door chatting and watching TV. Bedding and towels are good quality. There is a fridge. Decor is slightly old, but not really a problem. Gym is basic with a few broken pieces, but it's usable and better than nothing. All in all, very good value for money. Location very good, a short walk to the busy parts of Kata but not too close that it's noisy.

The hotel's excellent location makes it a convenient choice for exploring the city's attractions. Although the room was on the smaller side, the friendly and helpful staff made up for it with their exceptional service. nice swimming pool, perfect for a relaxation.
