Clear House Resort

Nice place, but it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the beach. The lady at the reception is always very nice and smiling. Good experience of staying at this place

Beantiful resort with room overlooking the pool, walking distance to Kamala beach and to convenience stores around the area.

This is not called a resort hotel. I would call a motel. There is no restaurant in the hotel. Lots of mosquitoes in the room. Thank god we booked this for 1 day only. The beach is 15 minutes walking. There are few restaurants nearby but not that good. The pool is nice. The bathroom is ok. We were 3 people in the room which we found it small. The lady nd the reception guy were good.

Chill place, location not far from the main area, room was clean and nice and simple. Worth the price. The directions on google map was not accurate though. It would bring you to the street next to the resort instead. Would definitely be back again.

SCAM!!!!!!!!! if you like scams this is the perfect place for your holiday 🫠 100% zero stars ⭐️ - poor customer service and almost no help at reception. broken communication - they cancelled my booking prior to my arrival. they are only interested in taking your money. - resort next to sewage stream - no computer check in process. made you sign on a sheet of paper to check in and the receptionist communicates on her phone to her manager about bookings. they showed me my name with a red line through it that was sent through by her manager claiming i had cancelled. - show them my invoice through *********** that i had paid and not cancelled. they still refused to give me the room i paid for and instead offered me to pay for another room instead. - after showing them my confirmation booking and confirmation payment and still said they couldn’t find my booking and would have to go through *********** for reimbursement. (*********** cannot help because there isn’t a contact email or number for them to get in contact with the “resort”) - so unprofessional, i wouldn’t recommend to anyone. (especially if you are SOLO traveling like i did) - i left and decided to stay somewhere else, the vibe was off. i wouldn’t have felt safe. - as a solo female traveler on my last night was by my worse experience in thailand my whole trip pro tip: call the police

We booked a 5 night stay in a deluxe double room at the 3-star Clear House resort for a bargain price 850 baht per night, making the booking a couple of months before our arrival on 10th December. On arrival we were told that our reservation had been cancelled! For the next two hours we were back and forth on the phone to Agoda who assured us our booking was fully paid for and still active. The woman working the reception was the most infuriating and frustrating front desk worker we have ever encountered. She made no endeavour whatsoever to assist us, refusing to phone Agoda and continually smirking and laughing as though she was taking some joy from our dilemma! After back and forth to Agoda for two hours she then informed us the hotel was full and did not have a room available for us anyway, unbelievable! She then offered us a room at their 2-star sister hotel with the same name closer to the beach for 1200 baht a night. We argued that we had booked this hotel, a 3-star at 850 a night and now you want us to move to a 2-star at 1200 a night! We managed to negotiate a price of 1000 baht a night but were not happy. We believe that the hotel is operating some sort of scam where they deliberately over book and then cancel the bookings for those that had booked at a lower price, only accommodating those that had paid the premium price. We will never ever stay here again and on our return to our home country will be reporting their actions to Agoda. Those contemplating booking here be warned.
