Kris 2301 - Partial Sea View Studio in BangTao

This large studio is located on the 3rd floor corner with a private patio that has a partial seaview. 2 pools are available but if you prefer the ocean then pristine BangTao beach is at the doorstep. Exercise room, 24 hour security and private parking area are also available in the building. The fully air conditioned studio is decorated in modern style and it's equipped for a perfect holiday. The bedroom has a queen size bed, a sofa bed, wardrobe and safe. The bathroom includes a walk in shower, bathtub and hairdryer as well as handcrafted amenities from Chiang Mai. The kitchen is equipped to your convenience, has cutlery & kitchenware, pans & pots, hotplate, toaster, microwave and kettle. Lounge area offers a flat screen TV with cable channels and sofa opening to the private balcony. High speed wifi is provided by the building, it's shared , please note that is not suitable for working online as it might not be reliable enough.  We offer transfers for easy arrival and departure. If this studio is not available do not hesitate to contact us, we can offer you alternative accommodation. This apartment is a private home, garbage must be taken to the room by the elevators to avoid insects and bad odours. Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily for the same reasons. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. If you smoke in the balcony you must keep your ashes and throw them in the garbage.  Electric and water are included in the price, please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave. Cleaning is not included. If cleaning is required, please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance. Cost is 600THB per time.
