Utopia Loft

Bis auf die Lage ist alles in Ordnung. Die Lage muss in der Mitte der Hauptstraße sein, und es gibt viele Hunde. Es gibt keine andere Abkürzung. Der Pool ist schön und sauber Die Maisonette-Struktur ist unpraktisch, aber die Fenster sind groß, so dass es die Romantik des tropischen Regenwaldes hat. Auch das Frühstück ist lecker.

Das Innere eines sehr neuen Hotels ist sehr sauber. Vorbereitet mit praktischer Ausrüstung.

The good points - The restaurant, good food, good staff, good service although a little expensive for Thai standards buyt is no smoking so wot=rth it. Also the house keeping staff allways happy and ready to assist. Now for the rest... ARRIVAL- no signs where to go there are 5 buildings reception is up the back. RECEPTION- really I wasnt sure if I should stay. The receptionist was dealing with a guy and he was very frustrated and left I went to desk and told go and sit down she was not ready for me. After a few minutes the guy came back and then I was asked to come over. I was in Building A she said she would get collegeue to take me there, I thought I am a grown man how hard can this be. You have to wheel your bag down a steep driveway and again no signs on where to go but I found it through the car park. The room well I do not understand why you would give a mature single male a room leading onto the pool with children slides a few meters away. Lucky place was very quiet and rainig so very rarely anybody in the pool. ROOM- downstairs nice and compact as expected mini kitchen, with no tea towels or scourers but had watered down dish liquid. The sofa was just crap. Up a vey tiny spiral stair and the bedroom was only double bed and had to walk sideways at end to get through , heaps of cupboard space which was great. The bathroom no bigger than a caravan or motor home, no hand soap. If you are a person of size you will need to leave the bathroom door open to be at wash basin but then the units oposite and the kids in pool can see you if curtains are open. NOT GOOD. Many signs no smoking no pets- this is all ignored as people smoke any where they want and there is dogs and cats in the building. THE GYM- should be closed, filthy and broken equipment torn benches,sign in on counter last date was December 22 so probably how long since being cleaned. The guests- no shirts no shoes no towels just disgusting. as all buildings are open I dont think they were actual guests. The location is not bad although a few dogs will let you know who is boss. Not the cheapest and i think you could do better.

I used to love Utopia but now the new staff and management don’t care about facilities or guests like before. Corridors are now very dirty. Car parking is overfilled with motorbikes and not enough space for cars. Management allows more than two people per studio apartment so the building is overcrowded. Such a shame because before this was the best apartment building in Rawai.

Really nice hotel. Really nice rooms with great pools and gyms. But the best part of the experience was the staff. They were all super helpful and nothing was too much for them to help with. They totally made the stay a absolute pleasure . We booked 2 weeks and stayed 3 months because it was such a great experience. First time in a long time that I felt like it was a pleasure to stay at a hotel or Airbnb. I would highly recommend if you want to be treated really well and stay in a amazing apartment!

We stayed in 2 Bedroom Pool Villa which is absolutely fantastic experience for us. This place allows pets to stay in with you (but not in the bedrooms and not allowed to use the swimming pool). The villa itself is super spacious. There are almost everything that you need in the kitchen (silverware, utensil) and also the big dining table for us to enjoy our meal. The only thing that's a bit disappointing is the bed which is pretty hard and not that comfy. However, our experience overall is amazing and I would love to spend time with friends here again.

Отличный двухэтажный номер, дочка была в восторге! Пляж НайХарн в шаговой доступности. У каждого корпуса есть собственный бассейн. Тоже удобно и немного народу в бассейне. Приветливый персонал на ресепшн. Phat - лучший сотрудник года по нашей версии!

Сейчас живем в этом кондо. Выбирали в первую очередь по цене и близости к пляжу. Здесь есть дорога асфальтированная до пляжа Найхарн, на байке или машине 5мин. Пешком чуть дольше. Дорогу сделали относительно недавно, что очень удобно. Бронировали заранее напрямую, можно снимать посуточно, но будет дороже. Бронировать в любом случае надо заранее. При брони посуточно, уборка номера и смена полотенец каждый день. Если нужна уборка, она стоит 500бат. У нас уборка раз в неделю, нас устраивает, убираем сами. Полотенца и др.вещи стираем в машинке на этаже с паркингом за 30бат. У нас кондо на 3 этаже, двухэтажное. Живем втроем. Все приборы и посуда на 2-их. Но мы закупили все необходимое для жизни, поэтому это не проблема. (Могу дать адрес рынка, где можно купить все для жизни и быта). Для ребенка можно постелить на 1 этаже на диване или взять за доп.деньги кровать. С детьми люди выбирают кондо на 1 этаже с выходом в бассейны с горками. Мы не захотели, там всегда шумно, даже ночью. Не очень комфортно спать. По поводу звукоизоляции, да, она отсутствует вообще. Слышно как люди чай мешают ложкой и стучат по кружке ))))), слышно любой разговор и шум. К сожалению, это проблема любого кондо. Не строят в Таиланде как в России дома, не умеют. Но и люди, которые снимают тут жилье, ведут себя ужасно, хлопают дверьми, кричат, громко слушают телевизор и музыку и абсолютно не уважают людей вокруг. Причем, ведут себя так ужасно только русские, как дикари, стыдно за наших людей. Везде только русская речь, крики и веселье по ночам у бассейна с русской музыкой. (((. Уборка нормальная, чисто. Полотенца и белье приятно пахнут. Бассейны чистят каждый день. Везде убирают, все хорошо. Не везде правда ремонт делают, есть протечки, дыры в полу у бассейнов, но это мелочи. Водные горки работают только одни (корпус А), другие почему-то сломаны и вся инфраструктура рядом с ними тоже (корпус В), не поступает вода ни в ведро, которое должно наполняться и опракидывается, ни в др.места. Вот это обидно. Не работает ресторан в корпусе В на 4 этаже, но это плюс для 3 этажа, нет шума. Так же не работает бар на этаже с бассейном в корпусе А, но зато меньше народу. В новогодние праздники люди сами приносили туда выпивку и музыку и отдыхали у бассейна. У бассейнов мало лежаков и зонтиков, почему не ясно, кто успел, тот и лег. Бассейн на крыше находится в корпусе А, и чтобы пройти из корпуса В, нужно спускаться проходить паркинг и снова подниматься на лифте. Можно было сделать переход между корпусами. Корпус С это гостиница. Туда можно тоже ходить в спа, зал (достаточно маленький) и в бассейн на крыше, бассейн достаточно маленький с 3 лежаками. Бассейн с прозрачными стенами. Необычно.
