Obwohl es etwas weit vom Strand entfernt war, war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis schlecht. Das Personal ist nett und freundlich Außerdem unterhielt mich die Katze, indem sie auf meinem Schoß saß. Es handelt sich jedoch nicht um die Katze des Hotels, sondern um die Katze eines Nachbarn, und es scheint, dass er nachts in die Hotellobby kommt, um zu spielen.

Nicht genügend Annehmlichkeiten, keine Seife, nicht genug Getränke, außerdem ein bisschen weit weg von Bangla Road, um ehrlich zu sein. Ich bekomme keine Rückerstattung, weil ich früher abgereist bin als erwartet, weil es nicht erstattungsfähig ist, was auch kein gutes Geschäft ist. Der Service am Schalter war großartig, obwohl die Leute sehr freundlich waren und immer da waren, wenn man sie brauchte.

Tolles Hotel. Gutes Internet. Großer Tisch zum Sitzen und Arbeiten. Höfliches Personal an der Rezeption. Sie ersetzten schnell den Safe, der sich nicht öffnen ließ. Sehr bequemes Bett. Ich war in Zimmer 406. Ruhig.

Kunden beim Namen zu nennen ist ein beeindruckender Service, zum Beispiel: Willkommen, Fräulein Rinda. Wohin ist Rinda heute gegangen? Vielen Dank für den beeindruckenden Service.

Friendly staff Comfy bed Cons: Noisy next to busy small road 15 minute walk to beach No safe deposit box Traffic is fast but road narrows. Motorbikes zipping by like at a derby. Overall good value for money

There is nothing particular wrong with coco ,the rooms was quite big ,it's just dated ,old wooden furniture, the safe you could pick up and walk out of the room with and you had to use the room key to open it which gave you about 20 seconds before the lights went out at dark ,the kettle didn't work but they did replace it, one of the blinds wouldn't open ,and the fridge stopped working without the door key in the so if you are out all day everything goes warm , the pool is nice and refreshing but there are no beds just a couple of old tables and chairs to relax bye , just average over all

I recently spent five days at CoCo Boutique Hotel in Patong, Phuket. The staff were super friendly and always had a smile. There are plenty of shops and cafes nearby, which is convenient. However, the beach is about a 15-20 minute walk away, which might be a bit far for some. The in-room fridge was a bit noisy, and housekeeping wasn't daily. Overall, it's a decent place to stay if you're okay with a bit of a walk to the beach.

It was one of the quietest places and the rooms are also big and clean. It seems a little far from the beach 2 km walk-in distance to the beach. Overall it was a nice stay.

We should not consider this as a 5 star hotel, but if you need a place to sleep and rather look to spend less on accommodation, this place fits perfect. Amazing location, walking around u have everything you need. There is even a small pool at the reception area, and I love the service at the reception, quite nice. Reception area is open area, so you can sit and relax, watch and work and enjoy. I liked also the showers, water pressure was really good. Beds are comfortable. As said, really sufficient, anyway you usually barely in the hotel, just sleep and shower. I will for sure return there. I liked the area a lot and in comparison to other hotels around that area (my friends where close and other hotels) this one by far beat theirs, less expensive and much better. They moved last day to mine

There were ants in the room, and daily cleaning service works only after asking and reminding. It takes 15-20 min to reach the beach from this hotel.

Good staff. Need a renovation.
