Kingo Retreat Resort

Ich möchte nochmal gehen. Für mich war es die perfekte Unterkunft in Phu Quoc. Ich aß nur zu Mittag in einem nahegelegenen Restaurant und blieb drei Tage im Hotel. Es war ein ruhiger und wunderschöner Ort und alle, die dort arbeiteten, waren nett.

Als die Sonne aufging, war das lange Zirpen der Zikaden einzigartig, haha.

Es war so schön, dass es ruhig war, das Schwimmbad war klein, aber es war angenehm darin zu spielen, nur dass der Eingang zum Resort so abgelegen war, dass ich nicht herumlaufen konnte, und die Fahrer waren auch überrascht.

Es liegt auf halbem Weg zwischen Grand World und Duong Dong Night Market, es ist ruhig, aber angenehm, und die Einrichtungen sind neu gebaut, also schön und sauber. Das Personal ist so freundlich und das Frühstück ist amerikanisch, einfach, aber lecker.

Overall, this hotel is good! Pros: - peace and quite, nice hotel environment for relaxation. - Pleasant staff, even when we check out, a staff comes to our room door to help us grab our baggage to the reception counter. - Spacious room, toilet and bath room (both shower and bath tube available). - 2-king sized beds, great! - Free airport transfer, better email the hotel directly to make your request at least one day in advance. - It’s a small scaled resort, but reasonable varieties of choices in breakfast. - Free minimal water for refill. - Welcome drink and fruit at room - free bike rental Cons: - the resort is located in a very remote area, like inside a village. Many taxi drivers not sure the location, so many times they lose their ways to the hotel. - Actually, not recommend for 1-2 girls to book this hotel, its remoteness is really a big concern, both day time and night time! - I feel scared in the toilet and shower area, because they install something like mosquito net only in window areas. That means I can see through outside, vice versa. I wonder I may see some eyes starring at me when I shower at night…. Scary! - Their hot water tap takes over 15 mins for heating, wasting lot of water to wait for shower… - Eco-friendly hotel, they provide plastic reusable sandals, so better bring your own sandals if needed

Amazing hidden gem! The best service hands down! The staff are excellent and will help you with anything. Always smiling. We stayed here 4 nights. Pool is great! The area is very quiet and you’re in and amongst the sounds of nature. Breakfast was Included with our booking and is awesome! The restaurant is very very good and will serve you in your room, at the pool, or in the indoor/outdoor dining area. I cannot recommend this place enough. Skip the hotels in the southern part of the island and come up here.
