I stayed at this hotel and overall, considering the price, it was acceptable, so I didn’t expect a fully professional service. However, there are several areas that could be improved to make the experience smoother and more organized. The room transfer process for my new booking was confusing because I was asked to check out at noon, but the new room was not ready, which meant I had to carry my luggage back and forth multiple times. It would be much better if the new room was ready beforehand and the staff informed guests in advance, allowing a smooth move without extra effort.
The breakfast service was also unclear, as there was no information about the time or location, leaving me unsure where to go and what time it started. In the room, basic amenities were missing, such as body wash (only conditioner and shampoo were provided) and batteries for the air conditioner remote, which suggested a lack of proper room preparation. Additionally, there was no way to contact the staff outside check-in hours, making it difficult to get assistance in case of any issues at night.
Overall, the stay was reasonable for the price, but the management and service flow could be more professional. Improving communication, room readiness, and providing a way to contact staff for emergencies would greatly enhance the guest experience and make everything run more smoothly.
