Es sind eine ganze Menge Kleinigkeiten die zu einander finden die dafür sorgen dass wir nicht noch mal hier hin kommen! Auch wenn sich das Management bemüht die Fehler zu beheben,sind sie doch zu eklatant und dürfen so nicht vorkommen! Die Kite Schule neben an ist jedoch durch und durch weiter zu empfehlen!👍

Unnittelbar neben einer tollen kite schule mit phänomenalen Lehrern, super deutsch Kenntnisse.Überwiegend freundliches Personal. Bestehende Probleme wurden sofort aus dem Weg geschaffen. Die Zimmer sind hübsch und groß, ebenso der Balkon ist sehr geräumig!

The pool is nice and cool for the summer. They have a chiller on it so it doesn’t get warm. The grounds are beautiful make sure you walk around and go in areas to may think are off limits. The spa is wonderful. We had massages two days in a row, make sure you get David. The restaurant is delicious however our waitress wrote in her own tip as a service charge and didn’t tell us it was her tip she was tipped 40% but once we realized the mistake they quickly fixed it. They gave me a box of macaroons for my birthday. It’s by far a more intimate place than most of the resorts in Scottsdale.

This used to be a wonderful, intimate, elegant resort. It was sold to investors and is now “managed” by Hyatt. It has become tacky, w poor service, dated rooms and old dirty lounges around the pool, loud techno music, and a focus on alcohol. It has lost much of its charm. The property is still reminiscent of what was, but not half the quality of what it used to be…It was such a disappointment. I woke up at 5am to sit peacefully by the pool, and the techno music was booming. I went back to the pool at 9pm, and same thing. I wish I could post the video I took so you could hear what guests had to listen to. Impossible to have any peace and quiet which was the reason I chose a small resort. If you are seeking a quiet retreat with great service, definitely go elsewhere. The pool area was a disaster. If you pay high resort prices, expect high resort service. Not this kind of sloppy mess. Shameful.

Started my Grand Canyon adventure here. We did a girls trip and after flying into Phoenix we stayed at Royal Palms. The appeal of this place is that it is in an old Spanish Hacienda built by a shipping and railway mogul named D Cook. The hotel had charming little alcoves some with fireplaces. The winding paths take you to enclosed courtyards surrounded by the rooms or casitas that have beautiful well tended gardens. So charming and make for a nice meandering walk in the morning as that will be the coolest part of day. We ate breakfast at the T.Cook restaurant. My thing is healthy whole food plant based so I had the steel cut oats first morning and over night oats next morning. Excellent. We chose to eat in town for lunch and dinners. We took the historical tour which I highly recommend from Barbara. We stayed in section built in the 80’s. Very comfortable. The fridge is stocked with with purchases so you can’t use it. The restaurant has complimentary coffee in lobby and very close by if you don’t want to use the room coffee maker. Very family friendly with pool area. Cabana server will make a veggie burger there. There is a mixology class you can take. Happy hour from 4 to 6.

The Royal Palms is a hidden gem. It is perfect for a couples trip or weekend away. You will see few to no families/groups. Service is excellent and the rooms are very private in most of the resort. The food, while pricey, is excellent. The pool area is small and intimate. This was our 4th trip and it is still a 5/5.

This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel; the rooms are clean, and the property is well kept. Staff is friendly and helpful. I don't care for the fact they don't let you self-park and the rooms could use some updating. Overall, it's a beautiful place and the location is perfect for all your needs.
