Step outside and the drama unfolds: a cliffside infinity pool with a cascading waterfall, fire features that dance beside the spa, and a rooftop lounge that rivals any five-star resort. This is where mornings begin slowly with coffee overlooking the valley, and evenings stretch late beneath the stars with drinks at your private rooftop bar.
Inside, every space tells a story—from the Volkswagen Beetle bed and dinosaur skull to the multi-level rock climbing wall and ice bar lounge. With a home gym, putting greens, arcade games, and a seamless indoor-outdoor design, Camelback Vista was built not just to impress, but to spark joy.

• NECESSARY RULES AND REGULATIONS *
We are an exclusive vacation rental agency that provides the best possible experience for both owners and guests. Because of this, we have specific rules and regulations in place. Please read the following carefully:
→ We welcome responsible, respectful guests who value our homes as much as we do. All reservations are subject to our standard screening and verification process to ensure the best experience for both guests and homeowners.
→ A signed rental agreement is required within 24 hours of booking.
→ NO bachelor parties, weddings, or events are allowed.
→ Standard Occupancy is limited to (10) with Max Occupancy limited to (12), $150/night fee for guests over Standard Occupancy Limit. Exceeding maximum occupancy without prior approval will result in additional charges of $250/person/day.
→ Pool heat is an optional add-on charge and must be applied for the duration of the reservation. Hot tub heat is included with the reservation.
→ Quiet hours after 9 PM must be respected; violations could result in removal without refund.
→ A valid credit card on file is required for all incidentals.
Reservations are non-refundable, and cancellations result in loss of all rents paid. We require a 5,000-10,000 deposit for Long Term stays (30+ nights). After booking, you’ll be asked to provide your personal email so we can send the rental agreement. A valid credit card and ID will also be collected to verify your identity. You are agreeing to submit ALL of this information to us after you book.
Also, the agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking.
For stays of 30 nights or more, we require a refundable deposit and a signed Long-Term Addendum.
