Camelback Mountain is easily accessible, making Arcadia popular for hikers. Centrally located between downtown Phoenix and Old Town Scottsdale, there is plenty to explore.Getting Around:Lyft and Uber are popular in Phoenix. There are also some bikeshare options and Bird Scooters available nearby. If you plan to explore outside of Arcadia, a rental car is recommended.Other Things to Note:- All types of smoking are strictly prohibited inside the home including vaping and e-cigarettes. We charge a $300 fee PLUS the entire cost of deep cleaning and restoring the property to its smoke-free condition. - Pets must be approved. If our team finds evidence of pets without prior approval, we charge a $200 fee.- Please clean up after pets. A $75 fee will be applied for any waste left behind.- Please respect our neighbors and community and keep noise at a minimum at all times. - Keep trash in trash bins. If they are full, dumpsters are located in the parking area.- Report all damage, regardless of its nature or extent. While accidents are understandable, reimbursement may be requested based on the item and extent of damage. - Respect our check out time. Failure to adhere to the check-out time may result in fees up to $200 as this disrupts arrangements for our next guest.- Do not lose the house keys, or pool keys. We charge $100 per key that is not returned prior to check out.Interaction with Guests:The condo has a lockbox allowing for self check in and check out.
