Der erste Eindruck des Hotels ist absolut erstaunlich. In einer alten Bank gebaut die gemeinsamen Bereiche und Lobby drippen in Marmor. Die Dienstleistungen waren freundlich und schnell, und das Hotel war in Ausnahmezustand. Unser Zimmer im 25. Stock war sauber und modern. Unsere einzige Kritik an dem Gästezimmer war, dass es sehr wenige Ausgänge für die Gebühr gab. Das Restaurant im Lobby verfügte über super lateinische Küche, freundliche Service und mehrere Flachbild-TV’s, so dass wir die Celtics beat the 76ers :) sehen konnten. Ich werde zurück sein.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer hervorragenden Lage, nur wenige Schritte von der 13. Straße Station entfernt. Von ihrem Rückgastgate können Sie leicht zum berühmten Reading Terminal Market gehen. Zimmer ist anständig groß.

Bei Loews für eine professionelle Konferenz. Ich kam sehr früh am Morgen und hoffte auf eine frühe Eincheckung. Ich verstehe, dass es keine Garantie gibt. Jede Stunde, aber andere haben Zimmer, während ich 7 Stunden warten musste, um ein Zimmer zu bekommen. Selbst wenn ich 20-30 Minuten erzählt wurde, war es in Wirklichkeit 1.5 Stunden später (und nie den Text, den ich erzählt wurde, würde ich bekommen). Als ich endlich ein Zimmer bekam, war es ein relativ lauter Zimmer, der nahe und ”unter dem Aufzug” ist. Ich habe, wie ich immer, ein Zimmer weit vom Aufzug gefragt (aber, ich weiß, nicht garantiert). Auch ich habe ein Königsbettzimmer gefragt, und das habe ich nicht. Dann versuchte ich, Zimmerservice zu bestellen, was relativ einfach sein sollte, aber nicht so. Ich konnte keine einfache Antwort auf das, was der Soße des Tages war. Der Betreuer hat mich an eine Sprachpost angemeldet. Dann wurde ich abgekoppelt. (Dann nahm ein freundlicher und professioneller Betreuer meine Bestellung.) Vielleicht haben andere gute Erfahrungen, aber ich nicht. Gesamt, nicht beeindruckt von dem ”Four-Diamond - und ”true classic” - Loews Philadelphia Hotel.”

The Rittenhouse Hotel offers a five-star experience from start to finish. The staff was exceptional, providing attentive and friendly service throughout our stay. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, though it could benefit from a minor refresh. Breakfast service, while slightly slow, was enjoyable and added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. The hotel’s location is perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Highly recommend for a luxurious stay in the city.

For a 5 star hotel, I am very disappointed with this hotel. First the valet parking guy doesn’t tell you what the parking options are and just drive your car away which defaults to valet parking, when we could’ve done self parking. Checking in was a long time. The room was standard, the king size bed was waited as the mattress size doesn’t match the bed frame, it’s about 6 inches coming outside of the frame. The pool was like a zoo full of people and kids, no chair to sit or put your stuff on, towels ran out quickly, the floor in the pool are was dirty and muddy, no one cleans or maintains it. When you need something and call front desk, it’s either busy or they put you on hold. The standard just doesn’t match five star criteria.

Still my favorite Four Seasons, one of their best properties. Not just because it's physically stunning, but because of the outstanding service. They always recognize us as returning guests, upgraded our room, and provided multiple amenities over the course of our 8-night stay. Housekeeping is very conscientious and responsive to any request. When our waiter forgot to put our breakfast order in, he comped our beverages, even though it was actually better for us as we had a late-arriving guest joining us, and we appreciated that they didn't rush us or have a problem with that. Even when I inquired about late checkout on a day I knew they were sold out, instead of just saying no, they apologized that they could only give me an extra half hour. That gracious response speaks volumes to their customer service approach, and makes the guest feel valued. The location is good, and the house car service is much appreciated. I can't imagine wanting to stay anywhere else in Philadelphia.

The location of the hotel is perfect if you have a car and don’t want to worry about parking. Parking does cost $14 a day however. It’s conveniently located next to a Target and their is a supermarket about a 5 min drive away. The gym facilities were very nice. If you want to use the pool you have to reserve an hour time slot. There’s no complimentary breakfast but there were granola bars to grab as snacks. Overall I enjoyed my stay
