Stayed 4 nights here in large apartment style room with sitting area and small kitchen. Old style furnishings and beautiful main dining room and sitting room area Breakfast was continental midweek with cereals, hard boiled eggs, selection of breads bagels and toast, pastries and fresh fruit. At weekend we had cooked omelette, home made cherry cake, filled croissants and avocado on bagels as well as midweek selection Very friendly staff and place spotlessly clean Location very safe and residential close to 2 great restaurants we ate at, Seafood Unlimited and Southgate with brilliant Happy Hour food and drink offers. Would definitely stay here again and the complimentary cocktails at their sister hotel The Morgan, was a great excuse to visit that hotel which was a beautiful hotel and again lovely staff

Trotz der extremen Büsten des besetzten Wochenendes blieb das Personal nach der Bridezilla cool und sammelte Karen. Ich wurde immer von einem erfrischenden Lächeln und einer großen Empfehlung begrüßt. Dies ist ein großer Aufenthalt für jeden, der in einem Hügelteil der Stadt Fußgänger bleiben möchte. Ich konnte alle meine Übungsringe zwischen Restaurants, Kaffee und Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem schließen.

For a 5 star hotel, I am very disappointed with this hotel. First the valet parking guy doesn’t tell you what the parking options are and just drive your car away which defaults to valet parking, when we could’ve done self parking. Checking in was a long time. The room was standard, the king size bed was waited as the mattress size doesn’t match the bed frame, it’s about 6 inches coming outside of the frame. The pool was like a zoo full of people and kids, no chair to sit or put your stuff on, towels ran out quickly, the floor in the pool are was dirty and muddy, no one cleans or maintains it. When you need something and call front desk, it’s either busy or they put you on hold. The standard just doesn’t match five star criteria.

Das Personal ist wunderbar, super hilfreich und freundlich. Sehr zu unserem Event und allen Teilnehmern zugekommen! Hatte wunderbar, einfacher Service über das ganze Wochenende. Die Bettwäsche hatten eine vorherige Farbe. Sie können sagen, sie wurden gewaschen, aber es war ein alter Make-up(?) stein... ein wenig unbehaglich, aber alles andere war bis zum Par. Die Aufzüge schienen ziemlich einfach mit ständiger Verwendung ausgeben. Insgesamt hatte es eine tolle Zeit, wird zurück sein!

Ich habe ein Zimmer für vier Personen gebucht. Es war nur eine Person außerhalb meiner Wohnung an diesem Tag, so dass es sehr ruhig und komfortabel war. Außerdem benötigt der Eingang eine Zika-Karte, einschließlich der Lage, sehr ruhig. Es muss daran erinnert werden, dass das Hotel in den USA keine Toilettenartikel mitnimmt. Schönes Hotel w schöne Aussicht. Eine Nebenseite während meines Aufenthalts: Der Kaffee, den sie in meinem Zimmer angeboten haben, ist aus. Sie sollten es prüfen. Ich bin sicher, sie haben es nicht lange geändert..

Ich hatte einen Flug an LGA abgesagt und musste zu PHL kommen, um zu früh genug rauszukommen. Das war nicht meine erste Wahl, aber ich wurde neubucht, aber es war zufrieden. Front Desk Person war super nett und hilfreich. Parkplatz ist einfach, aber manchmal müssen Sie die Konen selbst bewegen. Zimmer sind groß und ruhig. Bett komfortabel. Die Reinigung der Dusche war ein wenig freundlich, aber das Zimmer insgesamt war für das, was es war, ziemlich beeindruckend. Die Fläche scheint nicht viel zu haben, aber vielleicht habe ich gerade nicht angesehen.

I understand that the property had been renovated. The room looked okay, I found dried crusty blood stains on the bedsheets. The room walls are thin, needless to say everyone screaming at each other in the room next door (probably high on **** and alcohol) at 1 am in the morning is my nightly entertainment? Only 2 sets of towels and this new eco-friendly policy means you don't get any new towels unless you ask and then nobody shows up. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broken, I had to flush the toilet a couple of times for it to work. The shower is nice and spacious. The cleaning crew must have been understaffed, because there was mold in between the shower tiles. There is no functioning ventilation in the bathroom. The air conditioning, when and if it works, is super loud. Upon arrival it was set to 72, I tried changing it to 68, but it jumped back to 72. TV was working, unlike the remote, some keys were just dead. The room smelled musty. No microwave, the fridge was not cooling either. I thought maybe the ice machine on the 5th floor could cool my water down a little. Come to find out that the ice machine wasn't working and from the looks of it, it never has! Also, the ice machine room looks like World War 2 has left its mark. The ceiling is about to fall down and it's dirty. The hallway has nice carpet but again, the cleaning crew might not be fully staffed and dirty fries were left all over the hallway (5th floor). I see that the hotel has a non-smoking policy. This may apparently only apply to cigarettes. Floor 5 and 12 reek of ********* so badly, it creeps into the rooms and makes a good night sleep close to impossible. It's not a whiff you get from someone who has recently smoked walking by, it comes from the rooms. It is utterly disgusting and Hilton should be ashamed. The staff at the front desk is jaded and rude, I'd be too if I had to deal with what's coming through that hotel. Breakfast doesn't open until 7am which didn't work for us because we came for a business trip and had to leave the hotel by 7am. Also, breakfast is not included in the $700 for 2 nights. Instead you choose from 3 or 4 overpriced omelets from a menu. $40 for 2 mini omelets and a cup of coffee. It didn't taste too bad but that price is not justified. Also, the breakfast room is way too dark. I could barely see the food in front of me. Parking is an insult to be honest. Philly is not a safe city and for $700 for 2 nights I would have expected parking at the hotel or at least covered parking that is being monitored at no extra charge. Instead, you can drive 1500 yards down the road to an open parking lot that will cost you $13 a night ($15 if you use a valet). It is not monitored, no security and any random person can walk in there and wreak havoc. Shameful. Overall, not a Hilton experience, for the price I paid I would have expected service which I didn't get. Never again and I am hoping other Hilton properties aren't so shameful.

Hier war es eine Nacht, um an einem Gratious Dead Konzert im Citizens Bank Park teilzunehmen. Wir kamen 1.5 früh, konnten aber anmelden. Karen (Front Desk) war so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sprachen mit einem anderen Paar über Richtungen zu CBP und Karen gab uns wirklich einfache Richtungen, so dass wir I-95 vermeiden konnten. Wir erhielten einen Anruf von ihr kurz nachdem wir in unser Zimmer kamen, um sicherzustellen, dass alles ok war und dass wir mit dem Zimmer zufrieden waren. Zimmer war sauber, Bett war komfortabel, schöne Handtücher. Es gibt keine USB-Outlets in den Bettlampen. In der Tat, ich glaube nicht, dass ich irgendwelche USB-Outlets im Zimmer gesehen habe. Ich musste mein Handy & Uhr in einem regelmäßigen Outlet auf dem Desk. Das Hotel war einfach zu finden und eine kurze Entfernung zum CBP. Das würde sicherlich wieder hier bleiben.

Das ist ein sehr gutes Hotel zu bleiben, warum? So freundliches Personal, so schönes Zimmer und was eine bequeme Lage! Ich würde es empfehlen! Beste Glück und beste Freude für alle, die diesen Kommentar gesehen haben!
