Sauberes Zimmer neben dem Pool, Klimaanlage, keine Beanstandungen. Großes Doppelbett, Dusche funktionierte nicht, aber das Hotelpersonal hat es sofort repariert und war sehr hilfsbereit.

Ein ausgezeichnetes Budget-Hotel. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Hotel ist nicht groß. Es gibt einen Pool, der sauber gehalten wird. Das ist ein Pluspunkt. Das Hotel wird derzeit renoviert. Was die Gäste auf den ersten Blick stören könnte, sind die abgenutzten Möbel. Dies ist nicht die Schuld des Personals, sondern den „sehr höflichen und ordentlichen Gästen“ zu verdanken. Das Personal tut alles, um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. Das Frühstück wird als Buffet angeboten. Sie werden nicht hungrig bleiben.

De kamer was prima, alles wat je nodig had was aanwezig. Helaas waren zowel de bedden als de kussens erg hard. De douche had geen warm water, maar het zwembad was heerlijk. De service was top! We kregen altijd een paraplu mee als het regende en de kamers werden schoongemaakt op verzoek. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en helpt ook met de bagage naar de pier als je hierom vraagt.

Gutes Hotel . Die Armaturen im Bad sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen . Ruhige Lage . Wenig Schatten am Pool . Ein paar Sonnenschirme wären wirklich Sehr hilfreich . Nette Restaurants in der Umgebung und Shopping .

HOTEL, DAS MAN VERMEIDEN SOLLTE. Das Hotel war schon anfangs im Jahr 2000 stecken geblieben, keine Erfrischung. Dreckiges Zimmer und Badezimmer, im ersten Zimmer gab es eine tote Kakerlake und viele Insektenspuren um das Bett herum, also lehne ich dieses Zimmer ab, mir wurden zwei andere Zimmer angeboten, die genauso schmutzig waren. Dusche und Waschbecken voller Kalk und schmutzig, die Wassertemperatur lässt sich nicht regulieren. 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel, das Personal kam nur in der ersten Nacht, um das Zimmer zu reinigen.

Contact the hotel in arrival if you have heavy luggage so that they someone with cart for luggage. It's about a Km from Pier. Lovely quiet rooms with clean swimming pool. If you book breakfast then they have a buffet from 7-10.am. it's simple but adequate. The room and toilet was clean and comfortable.

The worst hotel I’ve stayed at around the world. The shower and tap water was freezing with no hot water for 3 days! The rooms didn’t get cleaned at all. The cleaners took dirty towels on the second night and didn’t even replace them?! That was the extent of the cleaning they did. They didn’t offer to carry our luggage to and from the dock even though they knew we were leaving and they had carts at the premises. Horrible experience, don’t go here suck it up and pay a bit more.

Stayed here for 3 nights in February. Location of hotel was in the middle no where. Our room was inadequate, was full of flys. Beds were uncomfortable. We had the option to have breakfast every morning, not a lot on offer and seemed as tho it had been sat there a while. When we first arrived, the pool was green for the first day but then cleared up. Staff were unfriendly. Only positive was the laundry service!!!

Hotel took 20 minutes to walk to from pier with our luggage so pack light! Hotel was in a quiet location and not exactly a good one to take young kids. Appeared to only have adults. Staff was friendly, room was clean but the beds were awful and so was the pillows. Within 5-10 minutes of food. Breakfast was “ok” but room for improvement because the food wasn’t kept warm in most cases. Pool was well maintained.

Location is a but off the beaten track. Bungalows are a bit basic, cramped and very warm. Upgraded to room around the pool a lot better. Pool is OK and basic. Sunbeds could do with some cushions. Breakfast is basic. Cheap and cheerful. Staff friendly and helpful.

Spent two nights here back in March and had a lovely stay. Clean room and comfortable bed. Big balcony. Nice pool area. Hotel was in a quiet area of Phi Phi far away from the noise and nightlife. Was only about a ten minute walk into town. Would definitely stay here again if I visited the island again.
