Premier Inn Peterborough City Centre Hotel

連續住了好幾天，因為房卡衹有一張，一不留神就落在房間裏，為此，前台阿姨都記住我了，特意給我兩張卡。酒店外面一個公園，一個紅綠燈路口，走到鬧區也就幾分鐘。peterborough城市不錯，小而全，有一個大主教堂，建築歷史感。

挺好的酒店

Very good location for the city. Excellent car park but expensive at £17 a visit. The hotel does give you £2 discount code so grab that which is on display at reception. The charge applies each time you drive in to the car park so try to just do this once! You pay when you leave the car park, either via the App or there is a machine near the car park hotel entrance, which is useful. I knowingly paid the car park fee twice. I had booked for a Sunday night stay, as my son had an early Monday morning driving test in own car, so he did the test (passed!) and then we came back for breakfast. Paying very nearly half of the cost of the hotel room to park twice is a bit much but accepted as we needed the convenience and that's what you pay for! Hotel is exceptionally clean. Room was very good. Very comfortable with all you need. We had a Premier Plus room and highly recommend. Very useful to have a fridge (thank you Premier Inn for the complimentary bottles of water). Bed was very comfortable and a good, fresh bathroom. Only issue was that the shower temperature was stuck on maximum hot and could not turn it to adjust it. So couldn't stand underneath the shower in the morning and just had to splash handfuls of shower spray water instead. Nice to have a coffee machine but please leave a code as to what type of coffee the colour pods are. Any decaf? I don't have this machine at home so don't know. Really liked the ambient purple bed light. Very nice. Hotel was a short walk into the main city which was very convenient. We decided to go out for our evening meal on Sunday night so much enjoyed. Thank you Premier Inn for a lovely stay and very good breakfast.

An excellent hotel. Very conveniently located for the city centre. Modern, clean, comfortable. Very friendly and efficient team. Food was good. Breakfast choices varied to suit all tastes. Special mentions for Lina, Dom, Donna and Dalyal.

Lina and dom will go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and always make you feel welcome, great location and the drink and food was so nice too, stayed he a few times and was always a good relaxing experience. 5* would give more if I could

Not the greatest hotel or premier inn experience. Got messed around with the room a bit, awful nights sleep, bed made sound every time I turned and I'm not even that heavy. Could hear neighbours, paper thin walls. The staff that worked were incredible, very helpful and friendly. They could no solve my issues but they didnt everything possible to make up for it. One thing I will say is, as much as the staff were great, there could of been more. 1 person in the kitchen in the evening, one on the bar and one on reception plus running food. This is not fair on the staff or the guests. I waited 1 hour for my food as did other customers I noticed. It was very uncomfortable to watch the staff tirelessly trying to keep on top of service. Coming from a hospitality background, I can only assume this is a area manager or operations decision to cut cost, but to the detriment of service. The staff are the only reason I will not give my experience 1 star.
