Die Einrichtungen auf dem Gelände und in der Nähe erfüllen meine Bedürfnisse. Leider musste ich meinen Aufenthalt dieses Mal aufgrund einer Verletzung beim Wandern auf nur eine Nacht verkürzen. Meine Rückerstattung für die Flexi-Buchung wurde umgehend bearbeitet und erhalten – vielen Dank! Ich freue mich darauf, bald wieder hier zu übernachten."

"Ich hatte hier einen ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt für eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg von Inverness nach Hause. Ich war eine „Walk-in“-Buchung, aber da ich in dem vorherigen Hotel, in dem ich während meiner Reise übernachtet hatte, Lärm erlebt hatte, wollte ich mich insbesondere nach der Bitte um ein ruhiges Zimmer und nach dem Lärmpegel im Allgemeinen erkundigen. Ich wurde von Brea betreut, die ein ausgezeichnetes Verständnis und eine sehr herzliche, freundliche und einladende Einstellung an den Tag legte und mir vor der Buchung sogar zwei Zimmer zeigte, um sicherzustellen, dass ich so sicher wie möglich im Hotel übernachten würde. Sie ist eine echte Ehre für Travelodge und eine großartige „Markenbotschafterin“. Am Ende habe ich eine sehr ruhige Nacht in dem Hotel verbracht und aufgrund des Gefühls, als Individuum umsorgt und willkommen zu sein, werde ich dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall in Zukunft nutzen."

According to the hotel staff, the hotel facilities are very historical. The breakfast is very rich, and you can eat a full Scottish breakfast. The hotel parking is very convenient, just at the door. There are plenty of parking spaces, suitable for self-driving. There are no other facilities around the hotel, which is very suitable for accommodation on the way from Edinburgh to the Scottish Highlands."

"Arriving in the rear car-park didn't give the best impression of the hotel - very messy with full bins, tatty sheds and generally unkept. The outside of the hotel was also tatty and bordered on unclean. However, things improved inside. Yes it's an old hotel and a little worn in places, but quite grand and very clean and tidy. Our room was large (No.4) and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and so were the locals in the bar! Nice food, and we needed an early breakfast to catch a ferry and that was easily accommodated. Tayside - just give the grounds a bit of TLC - it would work wonders!"

"Das beste unabhängige Hotel, das wir angemeldet haben. Nichts war zu viel für sie störend. Sie überstiegen absolut die Erwartungen. Sie gingen über die Norm für uns, die wir nicht erwartet hatten, aber wir waren außergewöhnlich dankbar. Das Hotel und das Zimmer sind außergewöhnlich sauber. Das Frühstück war perfekt. Die Dekoration ist schmackvoll und manchmal dürr. Ich bin kein professioneller Rezensor, aber wenn ich persönlich ein Hotel laufen würde, sind diese die Standards, die ich erreichen möchte. Wenn ich zurück in die Gegend komme, um zu besuchen, werde ich nicht nur freuen, Familie zu besuchen, sondern hier wieder zu bleiben. Ausgezeichnet. (Vielleicht nächstes Mal werde ich in der schönen Logfeuer Heizbar eine Pinte haben!)"

"*The owners all were lovely, friendly and approachable - 5/5 *Location was perfect for us - 5/5 *Very little traffic noise from nearby very busy A90 - 4/5 *Beware! No breakfast provided but a quick tour into Errol and the local supermarket was sufficient for the first morning's needs. The Courtyard is advertised as B&B and website shows a continental breakfast - 0/5 *Beds - okay but a little noisy and restless sleep meant lots of creaks and 'pings' when turning in the night - 3/5 *Owner's doggies - lovely, friendly little things. 5/5 *Comfort: Settee/sofa was too hard for us and not at all comfortable to sit on; towels were fine but would have liked bathsheets rather than mere 'regular' size. They were quite hard and scratchy but I prefer that to too fluffy. 3/5 *Safety - no non-slip bath math and no 'grab bar' over the bath to help climb into the bath (there was one on wall by the door but it needs another on the far wall) 0/5 *Finally cleanliness - I'm very sad to give only a 3/5. LOTS of cobwebs containing the spiders' dinner remains, and dust on some surfaces. The loo had a mark that looked suspiciously like a small poo skiddy on the bowl and the seat had a hair on it. Kitchen utensils and bath ok but cleaner has no eye for detail in the nooks and crannies. *Would we go again? YES - but would take a bottle of bleach, breakfast items, non-slip bath mat and own bath sheets. "
