The paint on their drive under their awning had no grit mixed in it,as a result I slipped and fell on the ground when getting out of our truck. It’s a concern because it could cause serious injury to an older person if they slipped and fell as hard as I did. I was wearing shoes with good grips on them, it was definitely due to the slick latex paint they had down. Then when we got to our room, which was supposed to be no smoking and pet free; our room reeked of cigarettes and smelled like wet dog, we also had blood all over our sheets. When we called the front desk they told us they didn’t have any other rooms available. We had to change our own linens on the bed and spend the night sneezing and congested due to how bad the room smelled. We were never offered a refund so that we can find another hotel to stay at.
