Très bel hôtel avec un personnel dont nous nous souviendrons, a notre service, respectueux, irréprochable et irremplaçable. Nous avons séjourner pour la deuxième fois dans cet hôtel et ce n’est pas la dernière vous pouvez me croire. Un grand merci à tous et plus particulièrement à Will de la réception et merci à Trip pour votre sérieux et votre réactivité aux problèmes que nous avons pu rencontrer. Merci 🙏🏼

Schönes Hotel, schöne Zimmer, gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Lage ist okay. Nachteil: ZImmer zur Strasse sind sind laut Die Parkplatzsituation ist herausfordernd. Es heisst zwar, im Umfeld des Hotels gäbe es viele Gratisparkplätze, diese waren während unserem Aufenthalt jedoch stets besetzt. Zusätzlich wurden wir informiet, in welchen Regionen das Auto aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht parkiert werden sollte. Das Parkhaus in der Nähe war ebenfalls voll.

I found this hotel to be ok, with some strengths and some weaknesses. I don't believe the hotel has many suites so a suite upgrade as IHG Diamond might be unlikely - for our stay I noticed none were available on the day of arrival online, so I did not expect it. The state of the room was ok with no major complaints; it was clean and functional. Also some parts of the room were probably renovated recently such as the bathroom so it was a plus. Service was quite good and staff very friendly, noticeably more so than in similar hotels elsewhere therefore it was also a strength. What could be improved would be breakfast. The breakfast room was very full when we arrived so we had to take our breakfast in another room nearby which is used more for people with a laptop to do some work. The fruit salad seemed to be from an outside vendor with plastic wrap rather than the hotel cutting some fresh fruits themselves. Almost all hotels normally offer cut fresh fruits. Also the only vegetable available was uncut tomatoes. Thankfully breakfast was free as IHG Diamond otherwise I would not pay for it.

A very nice experience for a stopover on the way north from Spain. The hotel is perfectly located, close to the Autoroute exit, for a stopover on the way north or south. Reception was very friendly indeed, and the room nice and clean, with a good bathroom and a separate WC. There is a nice garden with a small poll, which is close to the restaurant and more like a plunge pool, than a swimming pool for families. The restaurant is very good, run by a friendly team and we had a very nice dinner. It was very hot that night, so open glass panels fronting the pool could have been closed and AirCo switched on, but that is a detail. Breakfast was very o.k. as well. We will visit again when coming along that route again.

Speedy and efficient check in, our request for a room located on a high floor was granted. Spacious, bright, large, well-appointed quiet and comfortable. Tea/coffee, sink, microwave, much more than we had expected. Plenty of tastefully designed storage space. Huge shower cubicle with powerful shower with an additional shower over the bath. Super comfy bed and linen, large TV mounted on a unit which could be positioned according to viewing preference. Air con worked well. The whole room was spotless and faultless. Standard buffet breakfast, no thrills although adequate for our needs. No designated bar area as such. All staff encountered were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located close to the city centre, approx. 5-minute easy walk. Lots of restaurants/bars on the doorstep, the area felt safe.

Ich habe meinen Traum in schönem Perpignan zu bleiben durch das Besuchen dieses Hotel erreicht! Das Personal war sehr französisch und sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war auch groß mit einem Balkon draußen. Allerdings war die Entfernung, die Sie zur Stadt reisen mussten, etwa drei Kilometer. Es hatte einen Außenpool. Da es ein angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Stadt umgeben von den Pyrenäen-Bergen habe ich nicht über die Schranktür beschweren, die nicht geschlossen und elektrische Socken, die die Wand heraus kam! Dies ist kein touristisches Gebiet, sondern voller echten und ödmjuken Franzosen. Alles ist preiswert, einschließlich Restaurants etc ... Liebe es!

Als regelmäßiger Kunde von Best Western aus aller Welt bin ich kurz reingekommen, um die Toilette des Best Western Windsor in Perpignan zu benutzen, obwohl ich als Fan der Leeds Rhinos durch Perpignan kam. Ich war in Perpignan, um Leeds Rhinos gegen Catalan Dragons zu unterstützen. Die Rezeptionistin im Hotel sagte, es gäbe keine Toiletten im Hotel. Das ist eindeutig nicht der Fall. Dies wird das letzte Mal sein, dass ich die Best Western-Kette benutze, denn welches Hotel würde eine Person ausschließen, die Toiletten benötigt?
