Four adults (age range 22 to 60 years) spent a relaxing and restful week at the lovely Heritage Grand Hotel in Perast in September. The hotel is made up of a series of very well maintained attractive stone buildings that surround a courtyard. The hotel has great views overlooking the sea with Risan bay to the west and the gulf of Kotor to the east. Across the quiet and mostly pedestrianised road in front of the hotel is the hotel's outdoor (non heated) pool and seating area. There are also steps that provide access to the designated swimming area in the sea. The whole place was kept spotlessly clean and we saw the staff cleaning the courtyard and communal areas every morning when we set off for a run (along the footpath from Perast to Risan). We had an excellent room with walk-in wardrobe, large bath/shower room and very comfortable bed. The room was cleaned every day and towels replaced twice a day. Breakfast (plenty of choice of fresh fruit, pastries, cold meat, bread, cheese as well as cooked eggs) was served outside on the balcony, which had great views over to the two small islands of Our Lady of the Rocks and St George. The staff at breakfast were excellent and worked very hard to serve the guests. In fact, all the hotel's staff were great and very helpful. We used the very small gym and the excellent indoor pool (plus sauna and steam room). While we were staying in Perast the hotel hosted a wedding in the courtyard which included live music. The hotel notified guests about the wedding and the music stopped promptly at midnight. Perast is a very attractive small village with several hotels, restaurants and churches. It is set below the main road that runs aound the coast and the narrow street through the centre of Perast is mainly free from traffic, which means that there is little road noise. Rising above the village are tree covered hills. There is a regular bus from the edge of the village to the nearby town of Kotor (1.5 euros per person each way) which takes 30 minutes. Thank you to all the staff at Heritage Grand for making our stay so enjoyable.

Mladen ist ein besonders wertvoller Mensch und fürsorglicher Gastgeber. Er hat es uns an nichts fehlen lassen. Immer wieder fragte er uns, ob wir noch etwas benötigen würden. Sogar sein Kanu hat er uns kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Apartment war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Leben braucht. Die Wohnungsübergaben waren unkompliziert. Besonders gefallen haben uns der tolle Balkon mit dem überragenden Blick über die Bucht. Auch der Strand, den wir oft benutzt haben, ist ganz toll und ausgestattet mit Liegen und Schirmen.

Schönes kleines Hotel mit gutem Frühstück, kleinem, aber angenehmem Spa. Waren zum 2. Mal hier. Der eigene Strand ist vielleicht nicht so gut und liegt direkt an der Straße.

Hotel was exactly what we were looking for - location by the sea, in a charming little town and friendly and hospitable personnel. Room in building A (202) had a lateral sea and mountain view. It was the same like shown on hotel website and booking. Housekeeping does quick and good job in the morning during breakfast. Furniture seems new and beds are very comfortable. We had breakfast included and all the compliments to Svetlana arranging it and friendly restaurant staff always making tables. Sea view during the breakfast gave a secret ingredient to local specialties we get a chance to taste every morning. Throughout the day, chef Petar prepared great variety of dishes. Waiter always made great recommendations, and Lisa and Blazo together with their team made great atmosphere in the restaurant, especially in the evening. There are sunbeds on the hotel terrace and just a few steps from it you can dive into the sea. Those that prefer laying on the pebble beach can stay on the beach that was never too crowded. It is a public beach, no entrance fee and no sunbeds. Water was crystal clean with a view over Kotor. Hotel offers plenty of tour choices and there’s possibility to book tours at the reception. Friendly front desk, especially Sladjan, always had good recommendations how to fulfill time and what to visit. Stories from him, who was born and raised in the town were added value to this charming property! If you are looking for a nice hotel by the sea, next to the oldest house that hides the story and legend behind with a friendly and hospitable personnel you will not make a mistake by booking this hotel! What is more - you will get a good value for money and meet wonderful people working in this family run hotel!

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The owner's hospitality exceeded expectations – not only did he graciously allow us to change rooms to suit our preferences, but he also went above and beyond by personally driving us to the train station. The genuine kindness and flexibility made our experience truly memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and welcoming stay. By the way, the facilities and views are also great!

We had so much fun until we checked out! We had some miss understanding between us and the agency for rent cars, we rent a a car to pick up us to the airport at 1:30 pm on Thursday then we changed the plan and we called the reception and inform them, they didn’t even inform us to call the agency and told them about the new plan then when we come to make the check out Ur employee (Tea vranesevic) tell us to pay half of the charge because we didn’t inform the agency! How do know that when the staff in reception didn’t told us about this thing! She charged us 70€ its ok for us even if its not our mistake but the problem is this employee TEA didn’t respect us at all she is so mean and she’s not even professional for this job, I’m planning to come back next summer with my family but now after what happens with her I don’t think I will come back. We respect everyone and they should respect us back. I’m really upset and sad

Sehr schön. Dieses Mal fahren Sie mit Freunden nach Montenegro und spielen Sie mit einem One & Only. Es ist auch das erste Mal, dass Sie in Europa nach vier Jahren in der Schule im Vereinigten Königreich reisen. Nachdem Sie den Flughafen Podgorica angelandet haben, nehmen Sie einen lokalen Royal Taxi im Flughafen. Es ist möglich, etwa drei Stunden zum Hotel anzukommen. In der Tat können Sie das Hotel nur mit einem Auto anbieten. Um etwa 220 Euro zu bekommen, ist der Preis bereits sehr billig! After all, es dauerte drei Stunden, bis 220 Euro eingezogen wurden. Aber wir hatten keine Vorbuchung vorzeitig, fahren Sie zum Hotel zurück. Alle Service-Personal im Hotel sind super super gut! Alles Gute, das Gesicht zu treffen und die lange Zeit zu bewerten ist super hoch, die Männer und die Frauen sind wirklich super gut zu lachen! Die Umgebung des gesamten Hotels ist wirklich super schön. Besonders Rec durch den Garten hinter dem Hotel. Der Pool und der private Strand! Sehr schön Wir haben das Grundzimmer 3k jede Nacht festgelegt, bevor ich nicht gekommen bin, habe ich mich Sorgen gemacht, ob ich nicht genug oder zu normal wäre, aber nachdem ich das Zimmer erschien, sah ich es direkt aus, und es konnte in Europa 3k eine Nacht in einem Raum von fast 60 Quadratmetern übernachten. Es ist sehr kostengünstig und unser Zimmer hat noch einen. Einige Meeresaussichten (da es sich um die Grundhause nicht zu ermutigend handelt) Die Restaurant- und Unterhaltungseinrichtungen sind auch super perfekt. Wir haben zunächst versprochen, wie man ein Boot zum Blauen Loch bucht. Wir haben Rec gefragt, uns direkt mit einem Lächeln zu helfen, unser eigenes Wassertaxi für das Hotel zu buchen. Der Preis ist 200 Euro pro Stunde ohne Boot. Das Hotel hat selbst den Hafen mitgebracht. Es ist wahrscheinlich ein ausschließliches Hafen, das vom Zimmer bis zum Hotel geht. Die Sauna braucht fünf Minuten, um die wichtigste Reise zu fertig zu machen, ohne zu bedenken! Der Pool ist auch super schön! Auch mit einem Saunazimmer, das in Europa auch selten ist! Zusammenfassung: Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, Service-Einstellung ist auch sehr gut, die Landschaft ist auch super schön, es gibt keinen Grund, nicht zu gehen, Empfehlung für den Index Fünf-Sterne!!
