Wir blieben in rm 314. Pro - Zimmer war sauber. Badezimmer-Dusche, Böden, Toilettebasis. Sinkbereich, Kleiderraum. Rug wurde gut gevakuiert. Rein Kühlschrank (hielt nicht geöffnet oder verwendet die Mikrowelle). Kaffee vollständig gelagert. Kein Staub. Das Headboard schien sogar zu entfernen (die ich wirklich schätze und einige Hotelketten nicht regelmäßig genug tun). Bett war sauber und hatte einen leichten frischen Szenz. Sehr schönes TV, festes Bett. Sehr komfortabel. Frühstücksraum war gut. Viele zu wählen, gute Sorte. Sie hatten Proteine (gekochte Eier, Eier gekocht, um auf Muffins und Bacon passen) natürlich auch eine große Vielzahl von Kohlen. Kundenservice, Check-in, Check-out und Frühstücksbetreuung waren alle freundlich. Niedriges Gebiet. Nahe viel, Restaurants, Einkaufszentrum. Cons - Kein Shampoo war in unserem Zimmer. Hat es nicht bis morgens bemerkt. Ich bin sicher, wenn ich den Vordertisch angerufen hätten sie kein Problem, es zu uns zu bekommen. Wir hatten ein wenig in einer Reisegröße Flasche in unserem Beutel. Wir haben nur das, was wir verlassen hatten, genutzt und es für uns beide funktioniert. Um 3:30 Uhr hörten wir eine Erwachsene, die auf dem Weg runterlief.

On a scale 0 to 10 where 0 is spending the night on a park bench and 10 is getting pampered at a Ritz Carlton, I rate this place a 2. One notch above a dump. Let me explain: The Grab-n-Go breakfast they hype about is not much more than a basket of vending machine quality muffins, Dollar Store quality breakfast bars, warm watered down coffee, and check this out, Quaker Oatmeal packets with no bowls, cups, milk, or microwave to make oatmeal. The whole breakfast bar is about the same size as the end table in your bedroom, by your bed where you place your phone, watch and glasses as you turn of the light. Front desk service is below terrible. Very unprofessional both in behavior and attire didn't let me check in because she could not find my company's reservation authorization in her computer. I gave her a reservation number. No help. She said she wouldn't let me in unless I have a payment information in the system. I showed her a screen shot of my reservation which *clearly* states that my payment guarantee is in the system; her response: this means nothing to me unless I find it here. I ended up calling my work and get the credit card information again so I can be checked in. In the meantime I am waiting in the lobby soaking wet and tired after a full day work field work on a rainy and cold day and it doesn't even occur to her to say ”go ahead go to your room, relax, rest while I sort out why I can't see your payment information”. I have never met a hotel front desk staff who looks at their hotel's reservation confirmation and said ”this means nothing to me”. The rooms are very aged, out-of-date. There is kitchen but no microwave, no dishwasher. There are cabinets but no plates, glasses, pot and pans. Nothing, just bare cabinets. So my advice: The are way better options in Peoria.
