The House Layout: Bedroom 1: 1 King Size Bed, 1 Daybed & Smart TV (en-suite bathroom) Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Size Bed + Smart TV Bedroom 3: 1 Double Bed and 1 Twin Pool & Spa: Pool heat is included in your stay during the months of October, November, February, March and April. We keep the pool at a comfortable 82 degrees. Due to the cold evenings in December and January, we DO NOT heat the pool in December and January. Most of our guests prefer the luxury bullfrog hot tub during these winter months. For safety, all sliding glass doors automatically retract and have elevated safety latches.
