Um zu verdoppeln ... Yikes. Ich habe in Holiday Inns überall auf der Welt geblieben und das ist das schlimmste. Auch Jakarta macht eine bessere Arbeit. Ich musste den Vordertisch anrufen, weil jemand versuchte, eine Tür nach unten zu schlagen. Eine weitere Nacht gab es einen vollen heimischen Streit. Das Zimmer war auch schlecht ... wirklich schlecht. Das Zimmer war mit frisch abgedeckten, aber überall unvermalten Löchern abgesondert. Türen und Wände im Korridor sind geschnitten. Die Sicherheitstür zum Rückparkplatz (diejenige, die für Ihre Sicherheit 24/7 ”vermutlich verschlossen werden soll) fehlt an einer Schachtel und schließt nicht. Viele Schachteln funktionieren überhaupt nicht. Ich fühlte mich unbehaglich, wenn ich in dem Raum irgendwelche Werte verließ, als ich ausging. Das Frühstück war ein Tag voll, aber jeden Tag danach hatte es weniger und weniger zu bieten bis zum letzten Tag, es gab nichts außer Bananen und Getreide. Die Zimmer und Betten waren bei der Ankunft sauber und das Front Desk Personal war das übliche gute Holiday Inn Standard, aber dieser Ort ist ein Abwrack. Ich mag diese Hotelkette und werde weiterhin auf Holiday Inns überall auf der Welt bleiben, aber dieser Ort sollte vom Markt genommen werden. Ich erwarte diese Art von niedrigen Qualität/Dodgy Vibes von billigen Moteln, aber nicht von dieser Hotelgruppe. Für so viel, wie Sie bezahlen müssen, können Sie besser als diese Immobilie tun.

In Comfort Suites wurde spät am Abend geprüft und von einem wunderbaren Front-Desk-Personal ”Caesar Hayes” begrüßt! Was für ein Geschmack eines Mitarbeiters haben Sie! Dieser junge Mann war schnell und hat unverzüglich beide Parteien geprüft. Er gab uns Wasser mit Flaschen und war nur sehr persönlich und effizient. Dieser junge Mann verdient einen Aufstieg. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, und das Zimmer war auch sehr sauber. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel und schlief sehr gut fühlen sich sehr sicher und sicher! Ein toller Ort zu bleiben !!!!

Großes Personal und Lage

Stayed this past weekend (late April) and had booked the ” 1 KING BED 1BDRM SUITE NONSMOKING” one month prior. That room title is the exact listing from the hotel website. Upon checking in and arriving to the room I found out that I had a king bed studio room. I asked the front desk about the suite I booked and was told that the hotel does not have suites, as it is a ”Hampton Inn” and not a ”Hampton Inn and Suites”. I mentioned the 1-bedroom suite that I booked and showed the front desk the reservation and the website description, but was told that is incorrect. They informed me that the room I got was a ”larger” than standard room, although I can't confirm because I only saw the one room. I was assured that I had the best room type in the hotel, even though it was not what I booked. I specifically booked this room because it was listed as 1-bedroom suite, which I needed for my family, while also paying a higher price than the standard room. Had I known this was studio I would not have stayed at this hotel as I could have stayed at another Hampton or Homewood at Westgate. I have confirmed those hotels do have suites. At the point of check-in I couldn't relocate due to the time, effort, and the same day price difference at other hotels would have been too much, so it was not worth it to move. Needless to say, I was disappointed at the false advertising on the room listing and that the front desk could not do anything to help. Otherwise, there were no issues at the hotel. It is a standard Hampton, nothing exceptionally good or bad to report, just average. It is located in a very busy shopping area near Arrowhead mall and Peoria sports complex with a lot of shipping and restaurant options within walking distance or a very short drive.
