Premier Inn Bangor (Gwynedd, North Wales)

Just got back from an over night stay 19/01/2025 room 309. what can I say. The young man on reception was so nice and bubbly and helpful definitely an asset to the company. Also I would like to mention the cleaning staff who I think should get more recognition as the room was spotless. Please can the management let the staff know we appreciate them making our stay a very relaxing and comfortable one. We will be back. 🙂

Couldn't fault it. Bed was comfy, location was great (right on the A55), room was clean. Plenty of (free) parking. My room was reasonably quiet as was right down the end of a corridor, but even on previuos stays, noise has never been a problem. If you want somewhere to lay your head down for the night, especially if you're driving, this is pretty much perfect.

Excellent stay here in this well located hotel. The rooms are a little tired and our room heater didn’t work but all sorted quickly and efficiently by the superb staff . In particular India who couldn’t do enough to make us feel comfortable. She’s a real asset to Premiere Inn with her interpersonal skills and ‘can do’ attitude!

Ideal location for us as just off the A55 and near family who we was visiting for Christmas. Premier + rooms weren’t available when I initially booked, but when I checked on the day of the visit they were available so I called to see if I could upgrade. Lady I spoke to kindly upgraded us and was happy to do it free of charge even though I was happy to pay. I have stayed in many premier inns over the years but this was my first stay in a premier+ room and for the small addition cost I will definitely chose this option in the future.

I stay here probably at least once a month for anything from 1 to 3 nights for work ..Even though there is a turn over of staff there are regular faces within both the Premier Inn and the Restaurant.Too many names to mention, but as above all the staff are pleasant, knowledgble, approachable ,(Kim's an Oracle, reception),and help make your stay a good un! Foods tasty...seems be busy in the restaurant @1830 ish. I get a seat at 2000hrs and service is Bob on! Only issue after staying here on and off over nearly 5 years is Phone reception is ,or possibly was? terrible.....just noticed I got 5g trying this

I can not remember the last time we have been to such a welcoming and friendly hotel! All the staff were so kind and helpful for the duration of our stay making a terrible few days so much easier. Josh and India are absolutely amazing and a credit to the staff team, I couldn’t have asked for better service and the children didn’t want to leave! Thankyou to all of you
