Firstly The Staff, everyone was so accommodating, welcoming and If I asked for anything it was done with a smile and maximum efficiency. The housekeeping staff made me feel as if I was at a 5 star hotel, the cleanliness was top notch. Round the clock coffee, bottled water and tea. Evening snacks and beverages where a definite plus. The fountain and patio seating area was beautifully kept and clean. Proximity to all the downtown restaurants, bars and local attractions was a big plus as well. Huge shout out to the GM Mike and the night manager Justin for making our trip memorable and their recommendations were always accepted and enjoyed our stay so much more due to the local knowledge. Thanks again guys!!!!! See y’all soon!!!

When we arrived the front desk agent, whose name I didn’t catch, gave a wonderful greeting when me and my family arrived on Sept 22nd. The room we received was a really nice room with a view of the bonfire pits. The location was a great and only 20 minutes from the beach. After visiting the beach, we stopped at the desk to get food recommendations. Shannon the front desk agent was very welcoming and provided us with a restaurant named bubbas. Shannon made us laugh and provided coupon to the restaurant. We had our 1 year daughter and normally my daughter is shy. However Shannon was able to bring the biggest smile to my baby’s face. The added bonus, Shannon provided snacks for my baby. Shannon is what you’d expect of a front desk agent.

Von checked us in is amazing .. The stay was great, need a little work in the housekeeping department but overall the stay was good. The location isn't far from the beach. There are many places to eat around the area even walking distance from the hotel..

Hilton loyalist with hundreds of stays over the past decade. Stayed here on business. The property is centrally located among a wide variety of restaurants and touristy things to do. The breakfast offered is superior to a standard Hampton breakfast, just nicer touches. What I most appreciated was how great the staff was. When I checked in, I was helped by a young man named Savion, who welcomed me warmly and patiently answered my many questions. Truly thoughtful, I also had a particular request about my room, one that I've asked for many times - but Savion genuinely thought about what I asked and actually was able to to accommodate me. Another young lady with glasses the next night was quick to help get me more hot water when the dispenser ran out, even though I was interrupting her dinner. She did her job, but the difference was that she did it with good cheer. Not always guaranteed these days. The staff was consistently friendly, including the breakfast crew. The rooms themselves have some wear and tear, but the beds seem clean and plenty of space in the room. Internet seems fine. Parking may or may not be a pain.

We checked in on Saturday evening, we were told housekeeping would be provided every other day. We did not receive housekeeping Monday so when we returned in the evening, my husband went down to the desk and was given some towels. That's not housekeeping. When we returned Tuesday afternoon, same thing. No housekeeping; room hadn't been vacuumed, trash hadn't been emptied, no replacement bath tissue, no clean towels. No housekeeping. This time I went down to the desk and was offered towels. I asked if housekeeping was still in the building and was told yes so I asked that housekeeping bring towels and bath tissue to our room. Instead, a desk clerk brought some towels to the room. I had to ask again for toilet tissue and was assured the room would be taken care of. We spent the day out Wednesday and when we returned, the bed had been made without the sheets being changed and the trash had been emptied, two clean towels and no clean glasses. We aren't Marriott employees and we, as paying guests, should never be expected to shlep towels and bath tissue to our room. We stayed five days at a cost of close to $1,100 including taxes and this hotel thinks WE should service our room? I'm sure they're experiencing staff shortages, virtually all businesses are but as someone who has spent a lifetime dealing with the public, the cardinal rule of customer service is to first own the problem, apologize, and then correct it. None of that happened. We went down to breakfast Sunday morning. I asked the breakfast attendant if she needed our room number as we had booked the ”Stay for breakfast” rate. She sid it would be okay for that morning but I should stop at the desk the next morning and get a ”card”. I said thanks, I'll do that. When I did stop at the desk on Monday morning to get the ”card”, she had no idea what I was talking about and told me to show my confirmation email to the breakfast attendant. The Monday attendant had no idea what card I was referring to and had no interest in our confirmation email. She said she'd just put us on the ”Breakfast Club” and it's all fine. The right hand has no clue what the left is doing in this hotel. Marriott didn't just drop the ball on this, they succeeded in convincing us that this chain is completely off the list of possible options.

Darüber hinaus sind wir nicht sicher, warum alle mittelschweren Hotels in Pensacola so teuer waren alle plötzlich. Wir nahmen am Sonntag ein, 7/16 ca. 7:40 pm. Der Front Desk war kurz, nicht freundlich und war nicht störend, um hallo zu sagen, aber schlug “Name? ! ! !” Wenn es unsere Zeit war, um zu prüfen. Sie schien dick und kümmerte sich nicht um freundlich zu sein. Ich hatte speziell ein Zimmer reserviert, das nicht behindert zugänglich war. Sobald wir angemeldet waren, beschlossen sie uns jedenfalls ein zugängliches Zimmer zu geben. Das Zimmer riecht so schlecht, sobald die Tür geöffnet war, riecht es wie ein Stab. Das Badezimmer war nicht so sauber. Die Gewebe waren ein Mist. Ich glaube, sie versuchten ein Design zu machen, aber sie sahen scheiße aus. Kein Körper war, etc. Eine kleine Seife, um Ihre Hand zu waschen und in der Dusche zu verwenden! Die Dusche war überhaupt nicht sauber und hatte überall MOLD über den alten, schmutzigen Duschegarten. Wir hatten nichts zu sagen, dass die Dame am Front Desk, basiert ok ihre Haltung, als wir angemeldet. Check out war nichts besseres. Es gab drei Frauen, die sich nicht darum kümmerten, dass andere warten, aber eine lange Gesprächsrunde mit einer Dame, die sich auscheckte und ihr dabei half, etwas für ihren Job zu drucken. Als mehrere Geschäftsbesitzer stolz wir uns auf die Art und Weise, wie wir und unser Personal Kunden behandeln. Wir haben auch in zahlreichen Hotels in der Pensacola und des Destin Bereich geblieben und das ist weitgehend eines der schlimmsten Hotels, in denen wir jemals geblieben sind. Die Dame namens Sara hörte auf meine Sorge über die Moll und sagte, sie wird die GM wissen lassen. Sie war mindestens ein wenig mehr besorgt als der Rest des Personals. Nicht sicher, wie andere denken, das ist ein qualitativ hochwertiges Hotel. Vielleicht haben Sie große Hunde, die ich überall gesehen habe. Wir werden sicher nicht mehr hier bleiben. Hilton ist weggelaufen, ganz Geldverschwendung.
