Good to atay

Unfortunately, this hotel was a huge disappointment and did not match the photos or the price we paid. The room looked much older and was significantly smaller than the pictures suggested. It also wasn't very clean, and it seemed like housekeeping had missed several areas. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly, and the wall-mounted body wash dispenser was loose because the screws had come out, making the room feel poorly maintained. Breakfast was also very disappointing. The coffee pot was empty for a long time and wasn't refilled promptly. The orange juice tasted almost like water, as if it hadn't been mixed correctly. The omelets, sausages, and potatoes were all overcooked and extremely dry. The yogurt selection consisted only of overly processed, sugary options. The dining area wasn't clean either. The floor was covered with food, and the young male staff member working in the kitchen appeared unmotivated and unprofessional. Overall, this hotel did not provide the quality or experience expected for the price. In my opinion, it would be worth around $90 per night, about half of what we paid. I would not choose to stay here again.

Parking was a little struggle because it was a truck with a trailer parked side ways taking 10 parking spaces, Other than that everything was excellent.

Room 123 ws horrible!!. Next to the laundry, and all night the spin cycle was running every 15 minutes. couldn't sleep all night. Swimming Pool was not available entire stay. Heather was helpful and moved us to another room. I asked for a refund for the night we stayed in room 123 and Heather was unable to help us. Not a good reflection on Hilton Honors. We be hesitant to stay at another Hampton.

We had a great stay. The staff were fantastic. Check in was fast. The room was clean and breakfast was great.

We always stay at the Hampton. The staff is so friendly including the night manager and the breakfast staff. Speaking of breakfast, there is a nice selection with multiple hot items and 2 different types of waffles.

We did a spur of the moment road trip from California to Montana. We decided that we need to find a room to get some sleep for a few hours. The hotel accommodated our 1 am check in which was nice. The girl at the counter was new and very nice. I did get double charged the $75 incidentals by mistake but by the time I checked out at 11 am it was already back on my card as I was leaving the hotel. The room was nice and clean. The shower felt so nice after 12 hours on the road. The bed was so comfortable. It was quiet and safe. The breakfast was really good and the staff was really accommodating. The only downside is we did confirm before booking the jacuzzi was working and when we went to go use it before we got back on the road it was closed until 2 pm. Overall if I do pass through the area again, I would stay again.

Booked through *******. Was placed in a room on the ground floor next to a mechanical room that had an extremely noisy machine running. Asked for a change of room and the staff said you have to go back to *******. It appeared that the staff knew there was a problem with that room. After demanding to speak to the manager , who wasn't available, i stated I'd be willing to pay more et ceterawho, the staff finally agreed to give us a different room. Turn out the room was actually less expensive, and the staff said the reason that they didn't offer another room is because it wasn't the same type of room we had reserved. They're logic made no sense. Very young staff member with no backup manager , etc.

We’ve stayed in a lot of different places and this was one of the worst unfortunately. The rooms are very small.
