What a great place to stay. All hotel staff friendly . Very clean and comfortable hotel. Restaurant equally as good. Staff go out of their way to look after you in the hotel and restaurant. Breakfast was lovely really hot freshly cooked food. It was very busy and a couple of items were not available but that didn't spoil the experience.

We have stayed at Premier Inn hotels on many occasions and at Pantruthyn Farm on 4 previous trips to this one. We have previously had great experiences. This last one, we were very disappointed. The breakfasts were very disappointing - the hot food was only warm, there were items not available as they had run out and on the second morning we were greeted with 'we only have 5 sausages left'! The wi-fi in the bedrooms was terrible - slow and in-consistent and the tv, which I understand was through the internet, was buffering all the time so you couldn't watch a programme of any kind without regular interference.

Comfy bed, clean rooms friendly staff very helpful easily to find and locate great price for a quick stay passing through on a trip definately recommend and will stay again although near the M4 you canxt hear alot of road traffic noise which is really good

I recently stayed at this hotel on the junction 35 of the M4. It was a great location and easily commutable for me as I was working in the local area. The team were fantastic unfortunately currently it doesn’t have a restaurant inside the building but there is one next doorwould definitely go back

A premier inn that is below expectations. No plus beside the bed, no water, no fridge, no ev charger, key stopped working, restaurant worn down, 1 bath towel for 2 nights, room not cleaned, and breakfast abit meh Staff very friendly and attentive but the all the above wasn't great for me.

1st 2 nights were good until the 3rd when the occupants above me could be heard clearly til 1:30am. Very limited sound proofing from room above, floor creaking and loud, echoing foot steps throughout. Quite frustrating, kept me awake and complaining would have just prolonged the pain. If you need to sleep, I’d suggest you request a 1st floor room.

Premier inn Bridge Pantruthyn Farm Four of us arrived on the 13/11/24 for a four stay we were greeted with a friendly smile from both girls at the reception , On to the rooms that we found to be extremely clean and with all the maintenance work up to scratch , Now down to the bar and restaurant, Food at restaurant was well cooked and well presented, Bar staff were really friendly and helpful we found Chris working at the bar he welcomed us with a friendly voice and laugh and as our stay continued we found him helpful in all matters concerning our stay showing us places of interest to visit , times of the buses and trains nothing was to much trouble for him . Now for the breakfast this was a joy to eat well presented plate of the usual produce all served nice and hot and as much as you could eat. This was one of the very best stays at a premier inn and made possible by all the friendly staff willing to help at all times, A big thanks to Chris from me , It was a real joy to of stayed at the bridgend Hotel Pantruthyd Farm Pencoed Many thanks from Martin and friends

Stayed for one night with my daughter. Great value for money, comfortable bed and pillows, clean and very quiet room and friendly staff. Lovely breakfast in the morning. Will be staying again! Close to the McArthur Glen shopping centre for some retail therapy.

Great location for motorway. Good night sleep. Good breakfast and dinner. No phone signal here and TV needed to be changed. Overall stay for one night very good and staff friendly. Petrol station and fast food restaurant next door which is handy for the traveller
