"We booked a disabled room which wasn't as big as it is depicted in the photos. There wasn't much room to manouvre a wheelchair and luggage. If you use a stand hoist eg Sara 3000 be aware, the bathroom is rather smal eg handbasin is to close to the toilet - take care when raising the hoist because you are likely to take the glass shelf with it and keep your elbows tucked in
For those who can manage to stand on their own the room is fine. The bed is really comfortable norisk to pressure areas
I hope this is useful full on wheelchair friends."

"此次英國行最滿意的酒店沒有之一！強烈推薦給去斯旺西的各位～
酒店靠近斯旺西的three cliffs bay，非常漂亮的森林小道開進去豁然開朗的大莊園。很有年代感但硬件並不陳舊。
管家小姐姐服務超好，我們全家到時已經日落時間了，免費給了一人一杯英式奶茶+小點心，長途驅車完真的感覺超棒（也是一路上唯一有welcome drink的）。第二天的早餐也很贊，從環境到菜品，不再衹是English full breakfast 還能點上一些不一樣的包括此行最好吃的本尼迪克蛋。
斯旺西本身也很值得到訪，three cliffs bay離酒店車程5分鐘，rhossili bay車程30分鐘，都很推薦～"

"旅途的中轉站，酒店很漂亮，停車場也很大，指引明確，因為到的比較晚，是酒吧的帥哥辦理的入住，第二天我問前台的女士吃早餐怎麼走，兩位都很熱情的引領我們，而且語速不快，説的很清晰，能聽懂的感覺太好了😀。早餐是我來英國一週，吃的舒服的一次，可惜沒帶手機去餐廳。房間比較老了，好在足夠大，兩張1.5的雙人床，浴室也挺大，就是淋浴的龍頭用不了，衹能用浴缸的龍頭。"
