Hotels in der Nähe von Grand Metropolitan Mall Bekasi, Pekayon Jaya

Ich war während der Pandemie im Hotel zu geschäftlichen Zwecken. Das Personal war freundlich, das Essen war schmackvoll, obwohl für die Sahar-Zeit und das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und schöner Blick. Der Preis selbst war es wert. Überall war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Ich werde irgendwann wieder sein.

Lumayanlah ... Weil es einfach ist, zu schlafen, um die Atmosphäre des Tages zu ändern weniger Fernsehoptionen, Für das Lebensmittelmenü, tut mir leid, der Koch versuchte es zu holen, bevor ich serviere 😁 Wenn ich Hühnerflügel bestellt habe, ist das Salz erstaunlich ☺️ Früchte Reis ist auch sehr lecker, Harga Makanan ok Parkplatz, wenn es nicht bequem ist, außerhalb des Hotelbereichs zu parken. Hoffentlich wird es in Zukunft besser werden

Es war großartig, eine Chance zurück zu Bekasi zu haben und im Horizon Bekasi zu bleiben. Es scheint, dass sie sich seit meinem letzten Aufenthalt verbessert haben. Die Aufzüge scheinen neu zu sein. Sie hatten auch alle Hotelinformationen im Fernsehen. Eine Sache, die ich liebe, ist, dass sie immer ein neues Menü haben. Dieses Mal habe ich versucht, Nasi goreng Slametan, die Präsentation ist wie gelbliche Reis gefriert mit einer Pyramidenform. Es war gut. Ihr Spa hatte auch wieder geöffnet.

The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.

I booked the standard size room but it was reallly big! Two big beds with a small couch at the side! Toilet was also big, equipped with all the basic necessities! Its also connected to a mall so super convenient. Staff is friendly too. Enjoyed my stay!

Das Budget Hotel mit einer sehr strategischen Lage in Bekasi, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ein paar LKW nach Jakarta, neben den Mc Donald und Burger King Geschäften, in der Nähe von Indomaret Minimarkt. Standard, aber etwas schmutzig (nicht wie Hotel 88 in Surabaya), leider habe ich ein Zimmer, das rauchte, so dass es schlecht riecht, obwohl in der Reiseoka Buchung klar sagt, kein Rauchraum. Badezimmer Zubehör sind ziemlich komplett, nicht trinken in einem Container-Bowl, aber es gibt einen Gallon Trinkwasser im Korridor. Frühstück ist mindestens einmal.

Der Platz ist komfortabel, der Service ist gut, das Personal ist freundlich und freundlich

Das Haus ist nicht zu weit vom Hotel entfernt, die Lage ist strategischer.. hat hier 3 mal bisher eine Verbesserung in der Nahrung. Das Zimmer ist schön, das WiFi ist auch nicht schlecht.. Der Service ist auch gut. Die Antwort ist schnell..
