"Schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Es gibt viele kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Zimmer sind schön und geräumig mit komfortablen Betten und Kissen. Es kommt auch mit einem Safe , Mikrowelle , und Kühlschrank, die immer ein netter Touch ist. Der Fitnessraum ist ein bisschen klein, aber es hat alle notwendigen Ausrüstungen. Der Pool ist angemessen."

(Nun, Fenster sind überhaupt nicht geöffnet; sie sind versiegelt) und folglich eine sehr schöne Erfahrung. Auch ist es ein relativ neues Gebäude. Gut gelagert und wir werden uns um!"

GGastnutzerWe decided to do a quick staycation with our 3 year old twins and this place was perfect! Big pool, spacious rooms with balconies and great Starbucks coffee served downstairs in the hotel store in the morning along with croissants, cinnamon buns, oatmeal, etc. All for extra cost but great to have that available!

KKeefLeeminMeine Familie hatte einen Zwischenstopp über Nacht, der zu kurz war, um die Stadt wirklich zu besichtigen. Das Check-in-Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend – meine Frau und meine kleinen Söhne bekamen ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Start- und Landebahn, sodass die Jungs die Flugzeuge beobachten konnten. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Zimmerservice war schnell.
Reisen mit Zwischenstopps kann mit kleinen Kindern stressig sein, aber dieses Hotel ersparte mir viel Rätselraten.

JJacqueline DempseyRoom 1145 air conditioner was extremely noisy. Hard to sleep due to that and outside noise (hoons reving up at 1am). Shower, bed and linens were good. This hotel has a guest laundry on b2. The restaurant service was terrible, brought soup and main meal at the same time. Quality of the food was average. Airport shuttle was 20 minutes late for airport pick up, 10 minutes late for drop off, it services the Hilton Airport hotel as well. The king room was quite large.

KKaiBergI was satisfied by the location near the airport. The room was clean. The service was ok. I wanted to store my luggage while i returned a rental car and they insisted i check in first.
When i needed to take the airport shuttle ut wasn't available for another hour and a half so fortunately the hotel called and paid for a taxi for me.

Unsere AC-Einheit funktionierte nicht, so dass wir auf ein besseres Zimmer für eine Nacht, sehr geschätzt. Nur nach unten - Pool-Bereich hat sicherlich gesehen, dass es die glorreichsten Tage

CChris - UKGreat location and shuttle service. Hotel was bustling as expected in the location next to a major airport. Our stay was just one night ahead of the flight home. The hotel was clean, the staff were great and very helpful. Overall we were very satisfied. Would definitely return and recommend to friends.
The breakfast was fine but lack of restaurant/ bar in the hotel was a little disappointing. They have a neighbouring hotel with shared facilities, which was very busy when we looked in.
The shuttle service was really great ie regular and efficient with helpful staff.

JJemelWe were very disappointed with our recent stay from April 27–28. Upon checkout on Monday morning, the receptionist, Arshiya, did not greet us or show any signs of friendliness. When I asked a few questions before leaving, her responses were curt and came across as rude—she didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and this was by far the coldest reception we’ve experienced. We expected a higher standard of hospitality, especially in Canada, where friendliness is something the country is known for.
The room itself was okay, but there was a strange odor that made our stay less comfortable.
The wifi might seems have a problem too.
On a positive note, the food was excellent—fresh and well-prepared—and the person who greeted us during the meal was warm and welcoming. Their kindness really stood out and helped improve our experience.
I would recommend providing Arshiya with additional customer service training to ensure she can offer the level of hospitality that guests expect and that will enhance the overall quality of your business.

AAlouiseI stayed here a few days earlier because my flight to Toronto landed early, and chose to stay before departing because my flight left early in the morning. The hotel is about 10 minute drive to the airport. They have a free shuttle, but it only runs every 40 minutes and books up so be sure to let them know when you check in if you'll need it. I liked the toiletries here, the scent is really nice and the fact they're full size bottles is a nice environmental touch. There are a few fast food and dine in restaurants nearby and I restaurant onsite, but I didn't dine there. I did however enjoy the free chocolate chip cookie. The room I had before was on a higher floor and newer in renovations so I liked it better than the room I had for this stay, but it was still good.

GGastnutzerIch habe drei Tage mit meiner Tochter für eine Mutter- und Tochterreise geblieben. Das Aussehen ist schön und das Büropersonal war schön und hilfreich, aber ich denke nicht, dass das Zimmer, das wir geblieben haben, für Gäste geeignet ist, die dafür zahlen. Ich habe diesen Ort für einen kostenlosen Parkplatz und in der Nähe von YYZ gewählt.
Das Zimmer war unglaublich klein und strukturell falsch, um sich ins Zimmer zu bewegen. Die Waschtür war nicht vollständig geöffnet und die Decke war sehr niedrig, so dass ich sehr vorsichtig sein musste, nicht meinen Kopf auf die Decke zu pumpen. Das Zimmerbild, das sie auf der Website veröffentlicht haben, sah großartig und gemütlich aus, aber das ist nicht mehr wichtig, wenn wir nicht umziehen können. Eine weitere, sie hatten eine Hochzeitsparty am zweiten Tag und sehr laute Musik war um 1 Uhr und am nächsten Tag gab es eine andere Party, aber es war nicht so laut. Sie müssen prüfen, ob sie Partygäste während Ihrer Aufenthalt vor Ihrem Buch haben.
