The stay was on my way to Manchester airport. The heater in my first room was not working, but they moved me to another room All was OK with the 2nd room, until I went to use the shower. The head was not working, in as much as it was like using a tap. But overall a great place to stay. I would recommend it, despite the 2 minor issues.

Er ist gerade von einem zweitägigen Aufenthalt im Hotel mit Arbeit zurückgekehrt. Dieses Hotel ist zentral neben der Bahnhof gelegen. Ein typisches Hotel, das für Trainertouren und Unternehmensarten hält. Mein Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss des Hauptgebäudes. Erstens war das Zimmer durchschnittlich und grundsätzlich. Nicht über zwei Tage serviert? Gummibad matte war fertig und schmutzig auf dem Boden. Das Fenster würde auch nicht geöffnet. Das Hauptproblem war der starke Geruch von Cannabis im Korridor, der während meines Aufenthalts konstant war. Zusätzlich hatte das Zimmer nebenan eine laute Zimmerparty, da es voller östlicher Arbeiter war. Nach Mitternacht ging er jedoch ruhig. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen, es sei denn, Sie auf einem Budget. Premier Inns sind in meiner Meinung weit überlegen. Essen und Trinken : Bier in der Bar ”real ale” war rang ! Essen war ok, aber der Service war langsam zwei Stunden für ein zwei Kurs-Mahl durch. Das Frühstück war gut aber. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich überall. Parken ist teuer £15 pro Nacht und nicht sehr sicher.

We stayed on Sunday 10th September in Delamere, one of the courtyard rooms and started with a perfect Roast Beef Lunch. Possible the best we’ve ever had. Our room was really comfortable and well-appointed. Whilst the bathroom was small, it was cleverly laid out and suited us well. Good lighting for makeup, which makes a refreshing change from most places we visit! Dinner was equally as good (although one constructive criticism would be that the there should be a better variety on the Cheese Board. However we’ve not reduced our 5 * rating because everything else was spot on). After a very comfortable sleep we thoroughly enjoyed a superb breakfast. Great choice, generous and delicious! We enjoyed The Pheasant Inn so much that we are planning to give vouchers to various family members as Christmas gifts and will definitely be back ourselves soon. Thanks for a great stay.

Hatte so einen schönen Urlaub, schöne Pool und Einrichtungen. Frühstücksservice großartig, würde gerne zurückkehren, nur eine Stunde von zu Hause.

We stayed at the Hartford Hall for one night which was way more than enough. The hotel looks really nice from the online pictures and most reviews are pretty positive although I have to wonder if they stayed in the same place as we did. We arrived at the hotel around 4.30pm on a Friday afternoon and waited to checkin at a small booth in the main bar. No one was there but the barman was friendly and told us someone would be with us soon. The guy who checked us in was very friendly and gave us our room key for ”Clotton” room. We made our way through the bar towards an outbuilding which was where the rooms were located along a smelly corridor with filthy carpets. There were lots of dogs in the bar and some very small children (toddlers) just wondering around, it felt like a kennel come creche!! Our room cost £105 breakfast not included, and was quite spacious with a large bed and was nice and warm. But within minutes we could smell a musty damp aroma which was coming from the bathroom. All appeared clean and dry so we turned the bathroom lights on and the extraction fan started. This controlled the smell. We popped down to the bar for some light food as we were going into Northwich for dinner later. We ordered garlic bread with cheese, buttermilk chicken and fries. This small plate selection came to just under £19. The food arrived and the buttermilk batter was burnt, and we are still looking for the cheese that was supposed to be on the garlic bread. The food was really poor and the whole place seemed to be trying to be something that it's not. We came back to the room for a shower and this was when we realised why the room was musty. The shower try is too small and there was no glass screen at the end of the shower so water sprayed everywhere. We had to use all the hand towels to keep the floor dry. It was a real mess. We went out for the evening and came back to the hotel at bang on 11pm and were looking forward to a few drinks. We went to the bar only to be told ”we are closed”!!! So off to bed we went. Our room was right angles to the pub which was located on the very end of the building and parallel to a very busy road. The room had old and ineffective double glazing and so we had constant road noise all night. Neither of us slept and was one of the worst experiences we have had in a hotel. At 8.30am we checked out. We mentioned to the lady who was at the check in desk that we had had an awful night to which she replied ”yes the road is noisy”. We also mentioned that we couldn't get a drink last night and her reply was ”we are a pub with rooms, not a hotel”. We will never eat or stay here again and definitely would not recommend. It's awful.

We had a perfect stay here. The room was clean and the bedsheets were fresh. We had a great sleep. Hotel manager Steph was very friendly and accommodating. It was very quiet during our stay. There's also ample parking and a 24/7 petrol station outside, as well as a Subway, Chinese takeaway, and Co-op. There's an Aldi very nearby too. Overall, this was a great stay and I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Crewe.

I was extremely lucky and was gifted treated some spa treatments and afternoon tea for my birthday from a wonderful friend. I would completely recommend Rookery Hall to visit as a treat/you time as I didn’t realise how much I needed it. From the moment I arrived to leaving every member of staff checked that I and my two friends were okay and if we needed anything. I just have to mention my incredible beauty therapist, Keren who was fantastic. We chatted, i was out at ease and her treatments left me feeling on cloud nine! Thank you Keren and everyone at Rookery Hall for the relaxing and fabulous experience.

Ja, manchmal besuche man Wales und manchmal geht man nach Wrexham; eines der besten Hotels, die man finden kann, ist vielleicht der Rossett Hall. Das Personal ist wunderbar, sehr freundlich und immer auf Ihre Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten. Sie haben ein Restaurant, das Ihnen sicher gefällt. Ich empfehle Ihnen 100%, Ihre Reservierung einschließlich Frühstücksservice zu machen, denn das ist wunderbar! Was Ihre Lage anbelangt, ist es von entscheidender Bedeutung, dass Sie von der Hauptbahnhof und Bus nehmen, denn obwohl Sie einen Bus nehmen können, um dorthin zu kommen, ist die Strecke sehr lang, da der Bus zu viele Haltestellen macht. Sicherlich, Sie sind ein Reisende, der Ruhe und Ruhe schätzt, dieses Hotel ist sicher für Sie!

Ich kam zur Familie in Chester und wählte dieses Hotel, da es nahe der Bahnhof und einen schönen Spaziergang in Chester war. Ich liebe das moderne Aussehen dieses Hotels, das unter dem Bett Auto Licht war brillant für Nacht-Badezimmer-Reise ohne Notwendigkeit, die Lichter zu wechseln. Die schwarzen Gräber machen dort wirklich gut Arbeit ich fast überschlafen, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfreich, als ich sie um Hilfe gebeten. Ich werde hier noch einmal bleiben, wenn ich die Familie besuche
