Overview
Villa Anastasia is located in Gaios, Paxos. This vacation rental
property offers air conditioning, WiFi Internet and sleeps up to 7
people (6 adults and 1 child) with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is
a Private Swimming Pool with Sea Views. Walking distance to the Beach
and Restaurants.
Layout
Villa Anastasia has been carefully built making wide use of traditional
local stone. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen
with adjoining dining and sitting area (air-conditioned) opening onto a
shaded terrace with panoramic views. On the same floor 2 bedrooms (one
double and one twin) and the main family bathroom are located. The
upper floor, where a cozy air-conditioned twin bedroom with beamed
ceiling and extra WC are located, is reached via a spiral staircase.
(If required an extra child (7th guest) can be accommodated free of
charge.) The focal point of the house will be without any doubt the big
pool terrace, set within well cared gardens and offering unobstructed
views to the sea and to the Greek Mainland. Parking is located just
below the villa.

The living room has: sofas, WiFi Internet, DVD player and dining area.
There are patio doors to the pool terrace along with sea views.
Kitchen
The kitchen features: full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer,
microwave, washing machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
