Bathroom water pressure was very very poor. Nearly 5 mins to fill wash basin. Extractor fan in bathroom almost non existent, bathroom mirror was totally misted up after shower. Nowhere near as good as previous experiences at Premier Inn. Pricing also difficult to follow, 4 nights stay all at different rates, why ?

We have stayed at this hotel many times before and had a good nights sleep, although on this occasion we were situated above reception and there was a banging noise from below us all night. Sounded like a door left to open and slam shut every 10 mins or so. Worst nights sleep we’ve ever had. Also, the shower was no use as the pressure was hardly enough to get wet, and there were some old American cars outside our room revving and driving around outside from 7am. Won’t be staying here again which is a shame as the location is perfect. Mentioned our disappointment to staff on checkout.

Clean, tidy and very friendly Jamie on reception was a ray of sunshine at both check in and departure 👍 The room was clean and tidy and everything we needed for a quick overnight stay before our onward journey to the Isles of Scilly The free car parking was a bonus and easily accessible to the reception.

Who in their right mind would put two pensioners on the 2nd floor at the furthest point from reception knowing that there is no lift to get our luggage up there. We weren't the only ones. Saw another elderly couple, getting their breath on the 1st floor on their way to the 2nd floor. The brewers fayre is woeful. Cold breakfast, sticky tables, dirty plates, useless toaster and 2 coffee machines that weren't working.

Extremely helpful at check Inn,we arrived after tea time and didn't expect a room to be available.Jamie went out of her way to provide us with a room that also needed adapting to suit us. She proved extremely professional and very pleasant,and took no time at all to set the room up.A credit to any company.

This premier inn is older style. Not as up to date as others. Receptionist Tilly is an asset to your company. Nothing was to much trouble. Why are the rooms so hot? Not even summer yet. This place is in need of aircon. Windows open very slightly.

I have just got back from a wonderful 2 night stay at premier inn Hayle. I was greeted by Haydn with a warm and friendly welcome and my room was spotless. Brewers fayre next door where i went for breakfast which was great. . Driving distance to the beautiful beaches of Hayle. Will definitely return. Thank you
