Nicht schlecht, großes Zimmer, wurde aufgewertet, bin nur für zwei Nächte geblieben, das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, aber das war ok, der Pool wäre besser, wenn die Sonnenschirme und Düsen nicht funktionieren würden.

FANTASTISCHES Hotel. Dies ist ein großartiger Ort zum Übernachten. Das Hotel ist modern mit großartigen Zimmern und es ist nachts ruhig, wenn man bedenkt, dass es in einer belebten Gegend liegt. Es hat einen fantastischen Swimmingpool auf dem Dach und bietet außerdem ein großartiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Personal ist äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich möchte Sirikarn erwähnen. Minuspunkte sind zunächst die lauten Bauarbeiten, die um 7 Uhr morgens begannen. Der Poolbereich ist schön, schließt aber um 18:30 Uhr und es gibt kein Nachtlicht, sodass es nach 17:30 Uhr etwas gefährlich ist. Wahrscheinlich schließen sie den Pool deshalb jetzt früher. Außerdem sind die Handtücher lächerlich. Sie würden keine Maus trocknen. Positiv zu vermerken ist, dass die Zimmer schön und groß sind. Die junge Putzfrau ist fantastisch. Schöner Ort. Gut aussehendes Restaurant, vielleicht weil es neu ist. Ich würde wieder hier übernachten, solange der Preis angemessen bleibt.

Rude staff and noisy, the cleaners are rude and go in the rooms without knocking. the Reception lady was so rude, I have never experienced anything like this anywhere. The is a guy at the front door asking for ID from every woman. There are a lot better options close by, I would bypass this hotel.

My experience was....Reception staff were extremely rude when I asked if I could change room as I requested a higher floor as they gave me floor 3, next to the building work, which was not advertised anywhere. Asked to see the Manager but was constantly fobbed off.....never did get to see the Manager. I've never had a room where there are literally no draws in??....I find that quite strange as I had to leave clothes on show or in suitcase for my stay. Also, every night they left the used bedding and towels on show at the bottom of the stairs next to the lift???....lots of them......this caused an unpleasant smell every night, as well as being unsightly. The above is based on my personal experience....would I stay there again.....no. Would I recommend.....sorry, no.
