Hotel Holiday Inn

Enter at your own risk. Firstly this not the original holiday inn hotel which is located at other major cities. This is a local hotel which has just copied the name of holiday inn. This hotel is not safe for family. Staying at this hotel ***** with my family is the biggest mistake we did. we booked this hotel as we were on a strict budget. Cleanliness is obviously the big issue but we were ready to adjust considering the cost. Wait all would be okay if this was a hotel & can you guess why i said enter at your risk, is because this is a not a hotel. Stay away if you are a family person. Take care be safe.

Very ordinary and below average room. Overcharging price for that dirty deluxe room. No cleanliness in the hotel.

Unclean sheets, torn mattress, overpriced, terrible service. I was getting 1/3rd price from other hotels, but opted for this after getting misled from pictures. Stay away from. This property.

The only good hotel in Mandi though it's in Pandoh ahead of Mandi. It's better to talk to the hotel while navigating as Google or Apple Maps may mislead you. Or you can follow the Atal tunnel road and after crossing the Pandoh dam you will get the hotel's board at a sharp curve. We booked it for two days (including extra bedding and breakfast). The staff is very courteous and helpful. We booked an executive room and it was a big room. The rooms have smart TVs for your perusal. Their food is good and buffet breakfast has good menu options (though a few more items can be added). The best part was their swimming pool which unlike other hotels doesn't require specific suits or extra charges. It has a small portion cut for the kids. Liquor and eatables can be served here. The other good part was that the pool table, table tennis and gym are all free for everyone. The parking is not a problem. Payment can be made through Upi. Room service is quick. We enjoyed our stay. The grilled chicken is served with a very yummy garlic sauce. The noodles we had were rice noodles instead of the usual maida ones. Altogether Great Hotel... 👍👍👍

Hotel manager are too rude and arrogant becoz they know in the end tourists have no options so they charged double for the nasty rooms…asked me to check in after 3pm and pay full amount in advance for that nasty room…plz don’t waste your money they are many other options like jai Shree
