Food is excellent. Rooms are relatively clean. Staff could be more professional. Large groups will have more fun

The room is 10% of whats shown in pictures online. The food is below average. Infact food is the worst part of the property. The staff is unprofessional. The rates dont justify the amenities. I am an frequent traveller and stay at all sorts of great properties and resorts. This is a total waste of money and time. Infact, i got a call from the manager after reading my negitive review on google and tried to offer to compensate in various ways so that i delete my review. However i told him he can't buy my review.

I visited with my family in March 2024. When I reached the hotel I was doubtful regarding my decision to choose this hotel when I looked at two of the big hotel buildings in the vicinity. When we checked in and started our stay my view changed immediately. I had booked Family Suite which was appropriate for our family of four. They had very courteous staff, (Joshiji and Shyam ji) who were very prompt to help. Food was very good, prices were genuine and they were very hospitable. Would surely visit next time.

Hotel is overpriced for the quality and amenities it is offering and the staff also was not open for any concessions we were charged almost 10k per night but hotel is not in the category for asking 10k per night that too for a basic. Room

Poor food quality..overpriced food .. worst preparation .. they charge a bomb for their food menu . Ordered many times due to no other option and they always serve poor food .. be it naan/ roti or starters . Less portion …never recommend

Had an amazing stay at Shiva Cottage. The property is from one of the most beautiful properties in Patnitop. The view from my glass view room was just breathtaking. Also, the food was delicious, trust me you don’t get this kind of food around the location. I’m most defiantly planning another visit soon! 🙌🏽❤️😇

Absolutely loved my stay at Shiva Cottage 1) Stayed in the new wing which has spacious, clean and beautiful rooms 2) Delectable food 3) Courteous staff 4) Homely environment and an adorable dog gives you great company 5) Bonfire available 6) Treehouse restaurant is an amazing experience 7) Wake up in an apple orchard with the chriping of birds and enjoy the serenity of nature You got to visit there atleast once to believe what I just wrote. This is my permanent place of visit for sure.

In addition to the impeccable cottage rooms, food, friendly staff behaviour, timely service, the layout of the whole plot was breathtaking, overlooking the hilly scenic beauty patnitop is famous for. Breakfast in the front lawn in the sunshine, lawn chairs amid-st apple trees, rose garden, butterflies surely gave the feeling of relaxing in an english garden. Strategically placed close to significant tourist spots, shiva cottage is a must stay for all planning to unwind in a cool, comfortable weekend.
