Best location, entire staff behaviour is good couple friendly. Canteen just closed 10:30 is not good

Hotel is located approximately 5 minutes walking distance from patna junction. My room is good with all basic amenities.

Very bad hospitality by the hotel staff their behavior was very bed and management policy is also very bed they don't know how to behavior with their customers.

The staff was rude and the hotel lacked basic facilities such as cleanliness and hygiene. We had a rat in the room and when asked to move it out we were answered that it is common to have rats in the room, please don't make a fuss about it.

This time there was a meeting in patna for the same reason i booked a room at fort hotel, however this time attitude and behaviour of the hotel staff(who looks after the reception) were bit critical. I reached early morning 6:00 am. They generally charge rs 500+ for early check-in which in normal days they do it to earn extra. This time from morning 6 am to 10:50 am they didn't allotted me any room in meanwhile they gave check-in to those who were offline booking rooms. Moreover on asking the same mr deepak said me that there is a extra charge of early check-in in morning, after giving the rooms to their known customers. When i got furious and shown my disappointment then by 11 am they arranged a room for me. However they tried to take out rs 500+ as early check-in however when i shouted as i had been waiting since morning why don't you then informed me, thereafter they hurried to give the room.

Stay was not upto the mark r, standard room was below standard, ac was not working properly as i told their staff but i didn't get any response, overall not good as expected

Behavior of staff was too rude. I can't be recognize why they're doing so but ultimately i decided to stay there as i'm not going to get another as soon as possible. And early checkin charge should minimal why the hell they were asking alot. Majboori ka fayda uthana

Room was okay. Air Conditioner provided was not working at all. Hotel's restaurant are not good. Bathroom was average.
