Rooms are quite comfortable, however restaurant service needs improvement in terms of time, the quality is good

As a female solo traveller my first criteria was safety. The property was rather safe. It is neat, clean and well maintained. Very conveniently located, on the main road itself. The staff is very courteous & polite. The in house restaurant and in room meal service is recommended. The food was good. The only reason i'm not making heart eyes is because i had booked a deluxe room based on the amenities highlighted for the said room. I found it to be a standard ac room, some of those amenities mentioned are not included in the actual room. No mini fridge, no iron/ironing board, no lockers or cupboards with locks. The staff was clueless that these amenities are mentioned in the listing. It seems more of issue than anything else. Also must mention the charges are also in the standard ac room range so not a big deal. They provide early check-in & late checkout too, based on availability and the same is chargeable as per their tariff charts. Respect their guest policy and enjoy a safe stay!
