Stayed at The Lofts for the first time for a wine pickup weekend, and it did not disappoint. Great location—walkable to downtown and great food/coffee options in the Market below The Lofts. The best part was the room itself (Tulip Tree) and the guest service. The room is spacious, clean, comfy bed, nice modern decor with a small kitchen area. The comp bottle of Austin Hope Cab is a nice touch. But the customer service from Emily and Jill was top notch. Though all through text (which is perfect for me), they reached out daily asking if we needed anything and if we wanted our room serviced. They even allowed us to pick a time window for the room service. We’ll definitely return to The Lofts EVERY time we come back to Paso!

The room was well appointed, comfy bed and so clean, felt like we were the first guests to stay! The team was there for questions and they were so sweet. The location is perfect, just a short walk to downtown and great food options on the first floor. I would stay here again and again!

If I was rating this property on the room alone, it would get a 4 or 5. But I am downgrading it due to very poor customer service. After my stay, a sent an email to the contact person with a couple of suggestions. She acknowledged receiving it, but did not comment on the issues. I then emailed her again to follow up, and she then immediately called me and accused me of...wait for it...harassment! That's quite a loose definition of harassment to say the least. Needless to say, I will not be back, as I choose to only do business with those who treat their customers well and use language appropriate for the situation...what a concept!

We were 4 couples on a recent trip to Paso Robles. We booked a room each at The Loft and that worked out really well. The rooms are lovely and well appointed. There’s a microwave, coffee maker, fridge, wine glasses, kitchen sink, which was very conve. One of us had a sitting area as well so we were able to gather there as we pleased. It was also very convenient to have the cafes and food places downstairs for breakfast and coffee. The Loft is walking distance to downtown restaurants so we were able to walk easily to restaurants for dinner which was lovely.

Incredible loft in a great quiet location in DT Paso. Well stocked with all of the conveniences. The hosts are very attentive and provided great communication. Very comfortable bed and a terrific shower. Beautifully and artfully decorated. 10 out of 10 experience.

Loved our loft. Modern and tastefully decorated. Roomy, clean with all the amenities you need. We walked to some close by restaurants and drove to others. Great central location to wineries in the area. Stay here you wont be disappointed. I thought it was quiet. We faced a side street.

We spent 2 nights in Paso Robles at The Lofts at the Market and loved it. Communication from Emily and Jill was fantastic. They're determined to make sure everything is satisfactory and up to expectations. Easy directions and off-street parking. We walked to breakfast places and the market downstairs has a lot to choose from, too. Our room (Tulip Tree) was spacious and very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable and area very quiet so no problems sleeping soundly. We would highly recommend The Lofts at the Market if you're planning a trip to Paso Robles.

Beautiful place, immaculate mattress, pillows, linen all first rate! Even the "honor snacks" were only $3 each and the wine, etc in the fridge was all fairly priced, didn't feel ripped off. The Market Walk downstairs was a real bonus, incredible bakery and several excellent restaurants. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Super leuk ‘doorreishotel’. Wij hebben 1 nachtje hier verbleven. Appartement is gewoon geweldig! Van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijke bedden en prachtige badkamer. Wat super leuk is, is dat op het terrein een soort ‘foodmarket’ is waar je allerlei heerlijk eten kunt kopen. Pizza, bakkertje, koffie, etc etc. Echt een geweldig verblijf!
