Unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und keine Bitte um Hilfe war für sie ein Problem. Schneller Zimmerservice und das Essen war großartig! Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, in der Nähe eines Einkaufszentrums und von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten. 👊👏🤩👍👌🏻

the location is really bad to travel out in the morning bec of very very bad traffic jam ---need to offset time leabing by 7am---and have to get back to hotel before 5pm---else simply from any where coming back or going out MINI traffic jam is 2 hrs arrive fm T1 at 6.15pm -car waiting n get into the car to the hotel when arrive the hotel 8.10pm---2 hrs in the bad traffic so this hotel location really very bad traffic condition Bkft is always very crowded -when u order any cook food they have to give u a number plate and wait for them to bring to u...but what happen is always shortage of helper to do this job ---so u can keep waiting

Der Raum bietet ausreichend Platz, die Innenbeleuchtung ist jedoch etwas unzureichend und dunkel. Die 4/F des Hotels führt zu einem großen Einkaufszentrum mit vielen Restaurantmöglichkeiten, was sehr praktisch ist. Für diejenigen, die Massagen lieben, gibt es im 3/F des Einkaufszentrums einen authentischen Thai-Massageladen, also probieren Sie es aus!

Love our stay here! Well preserved rooms, clean and sanitary, nice view and great service. Super near podium and convenience stores.

Location is very near to malll ( Shangril Lan and Megamall) very clean hotel and breakfast is amazing. The only concern we have is you cannot used the bedroom room slipper at the buffet area so I have to change first to my only shoe. Room is fantastic its just the shower is a bit loose to extend that water come out from the bath tub and make all flooring wet. But overall stay is fantastic.

Wir haben das Zimmer gebucht, weil wir nach einer bequemen Unterkunft in Pasig suchten. Ich muss sagen, dass Privato uns mit der Erfahrung nicht enttäuscht hat. Das Zimmer ist genau wie beworben, das Essen ist gut und die Lage ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Estancia Mall entfernt. Wir haben auch das Bad im Pool genossen, das Wasser ist sehr sauber. Unsere einzige Kritik ist, dass der Aufzug etwas langsam ist, aber ansonsten ist es den Preis definitiv wert.

I’ve been a frequent guest at this hotel, staying an average of almost once a month, and overall, the experience has been pleasant. The **room was clean as always**, and the **housekeeping service was excellent**, promptly attending to any request with efficiency and courtesy. However, I believe the **front desk services** still have room for improvement. On my recent stay, I inquired about a complimentary room upgrade, as many hotels offer this perk for loyal guests. I was quickly told “no” without much consideration or follow-up. I suggested they at least check, but the front desk agent declined. I asked “how about birthday upgrade for frequent guest?” I was answered, we only give cake and didn’t even bother to ask for my birthdate or check his record. Additionally, I requested a late check-out, as the standard check-out time is 11 a.m. I asked for just a one-hour extension, but the staff advised me to call the next morning instead of handling the request during the check-in process. While the **cleanliness and housekeeping** are consistently excellent, I hope the front desk can improve their customer service to match the overall high standards of the hotel.

Good room, clean, good air quality. Good front desk service for check in and check out. Only wish there were more vegetarian options at breakfast, and that I was told that the airport transfer needs to be ordered 4 hours in advance. I booked the studio for 1 night (sg$130).

Habe hier für den Geburtstag meiner Tochter gebucht. Einkaufszentrum, Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind gut zu erreichen. Das Personal war nett und aufgeschlossen. Wir haben sogar ein Zimmer-Upgrade auf ein Deluxe-Studio bekommen. 😍 Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Der Fernseher hat nur wenige Kanäle. Der Pool war großartig, was meiner Tochter sehr gefallen hat! 😊 Das einzige, was uns gestört hat, waren die Reparaturarbeiten im Nebenzimmer am nächsten Morgen. Wir wurden von dem Lärm geweckt. Habe an der Rezeption angerufen und gefragt, ob es aufgeschoben werden kann, da wir um 12 Uhr auschecken, aber das Hämmern an den Wänden geht weiter ... Wir haben schließlich früher ausgecheckt.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff were nice and very accommodating to our request. Whole check in and check out process was a breeze. The hotel itself is just in front of Podium and 3-5mins walk to SM Megamall so everything was accessible. The hotel even gave us a treat, a delicious slice of cheesecake because we’re celebrating our monthsary. My partner and I appreciate that kind gesture.
