La Casa Inn

The room was quiet and tidy. The front desk service was also good.

Worst run hotel I have ever experienced. No hangers, no kleenex, no maid service on day two, no breakfast available on day one, and extremely rude staff. Room was very basic and strange. However it was halfway clean.

The owner didn't go give me my complete security deposit of $100 and also double charged my debit card that's on file ending in 6728

As of now I am being charged twice for the two nights at the hotel. Because the first booking service kept texting me that I had not finished the process I attempted to contact the hotel but ended up unknowingly with another booking service telling me they had no record. I have submitted my complaint to my credit card company for resolution. I am not a happy camper.

La Casa Inn is a wonderful hotel: I will eagerly recommend it to anyone seeking excellent lodging. Omni and his staff were exceptional. I will be staying there again in the near future

Had an issue for the hot water to get flowing. And other than the smell of alternative cigarettes wafting around, and being able to hear people talking about 2 in the morning. Overall stay was good.

We were here for one night...for in late and left early...Room was a decent size... Is carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed and was frayed a long the edges. Other than that our stay was fine.

Staff is very friendly and the property is convenient. The AC was super noisy though. Woke us up every time it turned on. Other than that, the bed was comfortable.

First of all i called La Casa Inn to let them know that a guest named Meliisa Lednak expects to stay there for two days ( Friday and Saturday) but the male abruptly hanged up...so she arrived LAX..she me that she was very tired but she took shuttle and train to Pasadena...found motel...she tried to explain that she wanted to ask a favor to leave her baggage so she can go sightseeing ( she arrived LAX at 930am....motel ( 12 noon). Guess what he said ( I believe that he was same person who hanged up). Guess what he told her that she has to pay 33 dollars to check in but few minutes later he demanded that she has to pay 50 dollars... anyway she was very tired ..she have to stay there inside until 230pm so she was allowed to check in....yes she was very disappoined but she was stucked in hot bath because of her sore feet....yes I felt bad how she feel....really awful motel manager...
