Conveniently located near the Kemah Boardwalk, NASA, 30 min to Galveston & 30 min to downtown Houston. The space This house was built in the 1950s. It has the original hardwood floors except in kitchen and bath which have recently been renovated. Granite countertops thoughout. Smart devices on all TVs to stream movies. Hulu, Netflix and Disney+ are ready for your use. This house doesn’t have cable tv. Guest access Please park on the left side of the driveway or on the concrete slab to the left of the property. Please only use half of the concrete slab if you need this area for extra parking as other neighbors also use it. Do not park on the first and second streets from the beach. They ticket for this. Golf carts can be rented and delivered from several local golf cart places and can be driven through the neighborhood and down to the beach, but not on the beach. You can park in the grassy areas. Other things to note The deer are very friendly here as they are accustom to people. They generally do not let you pet them.
