Excellent service, exceptional room with all facilities, kitchenette, laundry, parking etc. Easy walk to CBD of Parramatta

Stayed 6 days, Over $2700 wasnt worth it at all. Got executive apartment but wasnt clean. had to buy some products to clean a little. When we were there most afternoons the housekeeping came after 4pm to make bed, but not change bed linen. only changed bathroom towels. no face washers at all. Supervisor was rude and not helpful. He wont refund car space as we didnt use it till last night we were there. even though he sold it a few times thru our stay, even though he said he didnt. Was told otherwise. bathroom was mouldy and not cleaned much. especially under sink plug. for the amount of money we spent it was worth the money at all. No conditioner at all in bathroom thru our stay. thought housekeeping would of checked while they came into our room a few times thru our stay. After 14 days after leaving im still waiting for money back. Wont be staying again,

The room, location etc was all fantastic for a business stay. The pub adjoined to the hotel offered good meals for dinner. The only negative is that the showers / bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly with an anti mould type product.

Great location excellent customer service clean and spacious rooms-we stayed in the two bedroom apartment was very reasonably priced and the apartment was gorgeous close to everything. 2 reasonably sized bedroom’s with large kitchen lounge area modern new and clean within easy walk of the river and shops. The bistro next door had great food, we will be back

Great for concerts I stayed here for kiss and it was only a $20 Uber ride (don’t take a taxi!) rooms were big but a-few complaints: Slamming doors kept waking me up Couldn’t mirror my phone to the tv like most hotels I’ve stayed at the tv is ancient not a smart tv so I had to watch my iPad Bed was two singles put together No radio so I didn’t know the time at night or tissues it’s the small touches like that that matter But I’d stay again for a concert much quicker to get home
