Das Hotel ist einfach aufgebaut: eine große horizontale Reihe von Zimmern in der Nähe der Berge und des Meeres. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick und die Zimmer mit Bergblick haben eine 50/50-Aussicht und sind mit einem großen Swimmingpool und passendem Weiß ausgestattet Strand. Für einen Urlaub reicht es aber, und der Service und die Preise sind trotzdem sehr schön. Der Nachteil besteht darin, dass das Design des Zimmersteckers nicht benutzerfreundlich genug ist und man lange hocken muss, um ihn zu finden. Als ich meinen Aufenthalt verlängerte, buchte ich einen Zwischentermin um (ich buchte für den nächsten Tag in dieser Nacht, entschied mich aber für denselben Tag). Nachdem ich das herausgefunden hatte, bat ich Ctrip um Hilfe bei der Koordinierung der Änderung. Allerdings ist die inhärente Logik der Hotelreservierung Die Rezeption der Abteilung sagt, dass Sie einen Fehler gemacht haben, also tragen Sie die volle Verantwortung. Zweitens: Wenn Sie Ihren Aufenthalt am selben Tag verlängern möchten, müssen Sie eine weitere Nacht buchen 😂 Ich habe am nächsten Tag zwei oder drei Stunden damit verbracht, mit mir selbst zu kommunizieren. Es war ziemlich mühsam. Schließlich erteilte der Geschäftsführer eine Sondergenehmigung, meine falsche Bestellung auf den nächsten Tag zu verschieben. Dieses Check-in-Erlebnis war nicht besonders gut. Schließlich habe ich es sehr spät gebucht, daher würde es wahrscheinlich keine Auswirkungen haben andere Reservierungen an diesem Tag. Vielen Dank an Ctrip für die stets hilfreiche Kommunikation und die Erinnerung an alle, dieses Hotel zu einem guten Zeitpunkt zu buchen.

Overall, 10/10 The island, the accommodation, staff, everything is really good. We loved the pool & the shore, but I recommend everyone to buy breakfast & dinner, so you won’t have to think about it. They have room service, food is good but not as good as the buffet. Also: book the room with VinWonders tickets, it’s a great deal ＜3

Der Service ist großartig und es gibt auch einen Mittagsbutler, der sehr höflich ist. Das einzige ist, dass das Zimmer einen Blick auf das Meer hat. Für eine Familie muss man sich keine Sorgen machen. Ruhig, und das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Ich habe zwei der drei Restaurants ausprobiert und die Bar ist in Ordnung. Das Schwimmbad ist ziemlich gut und der Strand ist etwas besser. Mit Ausnahme von Aman ist Six Senses derzeit nicht so neu und die Mahlzeiten im InterContinental sind durchschnittlich.

What a wonderful surprise! We were hoping that the Intercontinental Residences Nha Trang would be a good stay for our first trip to Vietnam but we were blown away! This is a wonderful resort in a great location. We had a breathtaking view of the mountains and sea which we loved taking in at every opportunity. We had a king classic room which was basically an extra large studio room perfect for a couple. We were worried about the noise from previous guests reviews but we had no issues during our stay and in fact had amazing sleeps! The staff were awesome and could not do enough for us including an amazing birthday cake for my husband on his birthday. We loved our breakfasts in the room that we ordered from room service. They were also opening a delightful looking coffee shop that unfortunately was opening after our stay but it looked really good. Finally the pool and beach club areas were very good and well maintained. In all one of the best holidays in a long time made even better thanks to the hospitality of the Residences!

We liked our stay a lot. The hotel,the pool, beautiful private beach are great. Rooms could use a change of interior but its clean but certainly bit outdated. Good breakfast. Easy transport with the cable cart or shuttle boat to downtown. Since there was a management company change you can see there’s lots of improvement opportunities. E.g. no calling system around the pool to order food or drinks so you have to go to them. Not able to generate a total bill since they split before noon and afternoon bills so guests will have to swipe their cc card twice. Without saying they will charge separately. Extending your stay with a day resulted in our room card not working and not recognizing us at pool when ordering etc. All said we believe they will work out these small nuances and will be back certainly.

Ich habe es bequem genutzt Vorteile sind Lage, Zimmersauberkeit und Preis. Der Nachteil ist, dass es viele chinesische Touristen gibt, also ist es in Ordnung, aber wenn man empfindlich auf Clublärm oder Motorradgeräusche reagiert, könnte es auch etwas unangenehm sein. Es ist besser, kein Frühstück zu erwarten. Ein oder zwei gebratene Reis, Brot und Obst. Es war gut, weil es ein Frühstück gab, das den Magen vieler Menschen füllen konnte. Zwei kleine Flaschen Wasser wurden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt und 500 Milliliter gegen eine Gebühr, aber ich war enttäuscht, weil ich mehr erhielt, als auf dem Preisschild angegeben war. Es gab keine Unannehmlichkeiten bei der Nutzung und insgesamt war es ein anständiges Hotel, aber wenn ich vorhabe, noch einmal nach Nha Trang zu reisen oder es noch einmal zu besuchen, werde ich ein anderes Hotel buchen ~.~

Alles war ausgezeichnet. Service perfekt. Frau Ngoc Tien war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Das Morgenessen ist absoluter Luxus. In Europa gibt es keine solche 5 Sterne Hotels mit dieser Dienstleistung. Zimmer wurde immer wieder geputzt. Es sind alle sehr hilfsbereit.

I recently had a stay at Hon Tam resort and I'm deeply dissatisfied with my experience. There were three main issues that left me highly disappointed: 1. Firstly, the resort is located on an island, and when I tried to arrange a boat trip myself, the security staff prevented the boat from docking and interrogated me about my whereabouts and activities. They even questioned why I would use outside services when staying at the resort. Initially, I thought it was a restrictive policy, but I agreed not to proceed to follow the resort's policy. However, when I wanted to pay the boat driver, the security staff still wouldn't allow the boat to approach for payment. After that, other resort staffs came and informed me that I can go and do what I want but I had to report and register my every move, as it was a resort regulation. This made me feel like I was in a military base rather than a relaxing resort. Despite receiving an apology from the resort management about the securiy guy's behavior, I still found the experience to be extremely unpleasant, especially for my mother who is over 60 years old and felt frightened. The resort's regulations regarding guest privacy and the intrusive nature of their inquiries were unreasonable and made me feel like I was under surveillance rather than enjoying a vacation. Beside that, the security guy treated me like a criminal than a customer. 2. Secondly, while my mother was sleeping, she was disturbed by some kind of animal, possibly a snake, crawling onto her, that made her couldn't sleep any more. I understand that the resort is surrounded by nature, and encountering snakes outside is somewhat expected. However, having a snake enter a closed room is completely unacceptable from a construction perspective. This incident raised concerns about the resort's standards and safety. 3. Thirdly, I observed a lack of consistency in the resort's management. I was informed that I could charge the mud bath service to my room and settle the payment upon check-out. However, when I went to purchase the mud bath ticket without cash, the staff refused to allow me to charge it to my room. I had to return to my room to retrieve cash before I could purchase the ticket. This was a significant waste of time. It's essential for the resort to ensure consistent information and management practices to provide a convenient and reliable experience for their guests. Despite these issues, I must commend the resort for its peaceful atmosphere, natural surroundings on the island, and the enthusiasm and helpfulness of the front desk, service, and electric vehicle staff. They were adorable and provided excellent support. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I had previously visited this resort and enjoyed its tranquility and natural beauty, which is why I brought my mother for a relaxing getaway. The best Hotel/Residence in Nha Trang. Located in the center of Nha Trang tourist area with an absolute fantastic seaview/seafront balcony. The hotel is well maintained, quiet, safe and the staffs are very friendly. The service is exceptional. On locations there is a seafood buffet restaurant which also serve breakfast buffet for hotel guest or resident, and a Highland coffee shop adjacent to the hotel. The infinity pool is stunning, and gym is also great. I live there for over 1 year and half and I was a returning customer from few years ago. If you want the best location, the best seaview/seafront don't hesitate to choose Citadines Bayfront, this is the ultimate place to experience Nha Trang without any doubt. 5 stars!

The staff at the Intercontinental are friendly, Kind and so helpful and all the staff we encountered during our week long stay deserve a 5* rating! Special mention goes to MI our waitress at breakfast every morning for being so lovely and caring and looking after our needs. 🙏💕🤗 Am being honest with my feedback in saying that the rooms could definitely use a revamp as they feel quite dated and not up to 5 star standard we would expect from the Intercontinental brand. Message to Management, please install a professional coffee machine in the breakfast room as the coffee we were provided with on the first morning of our stay was just awful! 😢
