Highly recommend! Was a highlight of our stay..we booked last minute and price was incredible for the two interconnecting suites. Full kitchen with all cutlery/plates etc..spacious suites..we were a family of six from NZ, travelling around America and felt like we had found a home away from home..if time had allowed would have stayed longer..probably our favourite place on our trip.

This is a beautiful unspoiled old hotel with lots of charm right in the middle of historic down town Prescott.  The staff were super attentive & welcoming, beds were very comfortable, lots of little extras - tea, coffee etc & it did not smell of either mold or chemicals just clean.  We ate in the hotel restaurant and had a quality meal we thoroughly enjoyed. An added bonus is they accept dogs. 

We’ve stayed at this resort before because of the ability to have a little kitchenette and a reasonable size accommodation without having to be in a hotel. The units themselves are a bit dated but clean and well-maintained.  The grounds are beautiful with lots of fountains and several pools and a nice warm hot tub.  This isn’t directly in town but what you get for that is amazing dark skies and quiet.  Easy check-in but not a lot of reason to interact with the staff otherwise although there are activities for those that are inclined.

Es ist sehr sauber, verfügt über alle Einrichtungen, die Lage ist großartig und die Umgebung ist sehr gut. Die Klimaanlage war lauter als ein Traktor und ich konnte überhaupt nicht schlafen. Ich sagte der Rezeption, dass es keine Lösung gäbe. Ich konnte das Geräusch der Klimaanlage in anderen Räumen im Flur hören, also gab ich den Gedanken auf, das Zimmer zu wechseln.

Easy check-in, great space for our family. There is a little kitchen to make simple breakfast and coffee. Maintenance came to fix problem very quickly after requested. Too cold to try the pool as it's out of season anyway. So much potential if rooms are refreshed/modernised.

Unser zweiter Aufenthalt war nicht enttäuscht.  Das Frühstücksraum ist groß und sauber mit vielen Wahlen. Die neue Kaffeemaschine schien ein großer Schlag zu sein.  Meine einzige Pfeife ist, dass ich wünsche, dass sie eine Art Schrank im Dusche/Wäschezimmer hatten. Ich hasse, meine Augenbrille und Unterwäsche und persönliche Zubehör auf der Rückseite eines Toilettentanks zu schwimmen.  Hoffentlich werden wir nächstes Jahr zurück sein. Wir mögen die Lage und den Zugang zu vielen Restaurants kurze Fahrt entfernt.

假日入住的人特多，離景點不遠交通便利，飯店雖老很有風格，乾淨安全，住宿一樓車就可停在房門外頭，感覺很安全，投幣式洗衣烘衣都只要1美元很實惠，各類設施齊全，可惜餐廳小了點，睡晚了就得排隊…呵呵，週邊環境商店很多購物便利，清潔服務人員友善親切印象深刻．．．．，

Das ist ein schönes Basismotel. Sauber und ruhig und direkt von I40. Es ist nicht fancy und der Preis ist richtig. Es gibt eine Menge Wahlen für Lebensmittel entlang desselben Streifens. Alles sehr bequem! Ein großer Ort!!!

I stayed here for one night to break up my journey from Phoenix to Flagstaff. The hotel is basic but was generally clean and it was an affordable place for me to get some rest. Bedding was comfortable but the furniture and fittings were a little bit worn, including in the bathroom. I would also criticise that the walls were a little thin and the door to the corridor had a large gap at the bottom which did cause some noise disturbance overnight from other guests and neighbouring rooms watching TV. Breakfast is basic but ample for the price. It is a 30 minute drive from Cottonwood and about 40 minutes to Sedona from this hotel. You are also located very close to Montezuma National Monument which is a must see in this area.
