All service personnel and interactions were both professional and polite, as well as courteous and friendly. The cookies provided in the evening were delicious. I was most impressed by the breakfast choices and omelettes made to order. Never have I experienced such a treat, except on a cruise ship. The manager came around and spoke with us, while we were in the breakfast area and was very friendly and nice. He asked us how our breakfast was, how we liked the hotel and our experiences during our stay. He talked to us inquiring what had brought us to town and gave us information about walking trails and local information. His wife and daughter also said hello.

Large room furnished as studio apartment, convenient location, convenient parking. I was given a handicap room because that was all that was available. I could not turn on the fent or light over the stove. When I checked out, I mentioned this to the front desk staff. They told me the normal controls over the stove were disabled and controls below the countertop were provided instead because it was a handicap room. I suggested they should provide instructions for how to use the modified appliance for the benefit of individuals who did not need the handicap modifications.

There were other cheaper hotels I could have chosen but this one had free breakfast on Christmas morning so that was what got my attention. When I arrived at my room, it was very cold. The fan was set for AC. And on Christmas Eve, we didn't need cold air. This was the first domino that made a series of unfortunate events: I tried to set the fan to heat but it looks like it is set only for AC or fan (blowing cold air). We were just too tired to call the front desk to request a different room. My girlfriend then took a shower with super hot water. She didn't turn on the fan in the bathroom or close the door as she wanted our room to heat up. The vapor got soooooo thick in the room that it set off the fire alarm. I jumped on the bed looking for the reset button but I cut my finger in the process. There was no silence or reset button. I called the office right away when the alarm turned off and explained the situation. I feel sorry for the few guests that stayed that night. The hotel is in excellent condition, one of the best maintained in Yakima. I just wanted to add that we people do goofy things and what we did was goofy. I know we would not have set the alarm off if the air fan could be arranged from AC to hot air given that it is December and we don't need AC in the room, just a thought.

Reservierung war wirklich einfach. Stoff war freundlich. Das Zimmer ist groß und die Einrichtungen sind auch gut. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Es gibt heißes Wasser (kann gepflastert werden), es gibt kostenlose Kaffee, die sehr praktischen Zimmerpreise kombinieren, ist wirklich sehr zufrieden.

Everything you great, except for the room booking.I ordered an exterior entrance room, but when I arrived, they said there's no room for that and said that I didn't book that type of room. I don't know which part goes wrong, but we were too tired that night, so we just stay in a room.

Gute Lage. Parkplatz ist hell und sicher. Frühstück ist gut. Wir haben Flussblickraum. Das Geräusch des Wassers läuft so ruhig. Die einzige Seite unten ist das Wasser, das nicht ordnungsgemäß in der Tube runterläuft. Pool ist im Freien und offen 9am-9pm.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, aber das Personal war nicht sehr nett. Für eine späte checkout wurde ich $50 gezahlt und offensichtlich normaler Einsatz eines Handtuchs bedeutete es, dass der Handtuch jetzt zerstört und dass sie versuchten. Geben Sie mir 100 Dollar für ein Handtuch, das nicht mal gefärbt war.... Nachdem ich bereits für mein Zimmer bezahlt hatte meine Kinder und ich ging zum Abendessen und kam zurück, der Besitzer nahm uns an, als ob wir überquerten und war sehr freundlich zu mir und meinen Kindern nachdem wir ihnen informiert haben, dass wir bereits für unser Zimmer bezahlt hatten und wir sollten sein Da aber er gehandelt, als würde es bedeuten, dass wir seit wir verlassen waren keine Gäste mehr oder etwas. Das indische Hotel, die Einrichtungen sind sehr alt, es gibt nur ein Badetuch, keine Handtücher, Kakerlaken, es fühlt sich so lala an, und das Frühstück ist extrem einfach.
