Dieses Hotel ist sehr neu, die Liftstuhl zwei, die Zimmer sind voller. Ich habe dieses Mal einen persönlichen Zimmer reserviert, der Raum fühlte mich gerade gut und komfortabel. Die Personalservice-Einstellung ist sehr gut. Der Halle ist sehr groß und ist sehr gut für die Übernachtung im Freien geeignet; Frühstück ist viel gewählt

We stayed at this hotel a few times, it’s location is quite convenient, however , with the rapid developments of the area, there are several hotels built near by, or next to it. And the Fairfield sign is so obscure that we drove by without seeing it, even after we made a mental picture, yet, after we went out for dinner, on the way back, we missed the hotel entrance again.

Das Zimmer war geräumig. Großer Fernseher mit Netflix machte den Aufenthalt komfortabel. Hat einen kostenlosen Upgrade auf 2 Queen Bett, dank dem Vordertisch!

Location : This depends on the guest's purpose of visit, but mine was for business. Having said that, the nearby train rail which runs all day long including late-night and early-morning does not help (You can hear this from the entire hotel). There is a small pizzeria, which seems to be attracting the town's 'night-crowds', and you can hear their V8 muscle engine at late night, which also did not help (You only hear this from one side of the hotel). Other than those two noise issues, the hotel is located at a very quiet and calm part of the town neighboring to many business buildings. Cleanliness : It's been newly renovated not long ago and things are clean and tidy. However, the hotel only offers a light duvet so I pulled out the fleece like blanket from the closet and it had many strands of hair stuck to it. This was my second time staying here and I had this same experience the first time I stayed so it proves that the hotel does not wash these blankets. Service : Check-in & Check-out was smooth and staffs were friendly. Also, the room cleaning service was good. My only complaint is, that it does not offer a in-room slippers. I am fully aware of environmental issue regarding disposable products but this is only thing you really need from the hotel, and is very difficult to bring along &/ buy, when you are traveling. I completely agree with not offering tooth brush, hair comb, razor & etc. but I really wish and expect to be offered a pair of slippers from a premium brand hotel. I think Mariott is big enough to come up with a creative way to offer slippers to its guests for their comfort & conveniency, in a way that doesn't harm our environment. Facility : It has a nice lobby with large TV showing news or sports games. Offers a small snack bar with drinks. All clean and nice. Also has a fitness gym facility and a washing machine / laundry room. I only found out this time (2nd time staying here) but if I am back, I will be using them for sure.

Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber. Front Desk Mitarbeiter, Elizabeth, die auch Assistent GM ist, ist sehr hilfreich und super freundlich. Sie versucht, alle unsere Anfragen zu erfüllen. Die Lage ist schön, in der Nähe des Einkaufszentrums. Das Frühstück ist sehr schön - nach Bestellung bei Bistro und nicht im Buffetstil.

Anfrage, ob wir später auschecken (2 anstelle von 12) wurde gesagt, dass 2 das letzte, was wir bleiben konnten, was groß war. Am nächsten Tag wurden wir angerufen und gefragt, ob wir noch einen späten Auscheck wollten und ich sagte ja, dann wurde mir über eine $25 Gebühr erzählt. Ich wurde nicht über die Gebühr erzählt, vor der Nacht. Ich wollte es nicht bezahlen, aber ich glaube, ich hätte es sofort erzählt werden sollen. Es war Wasser drainieren von unter dem Gebäude in die Parkstruktur. Die anderen Gäste sind sehr einfach zu hören, während Sie durch die Halle gehen und sehr laut. Es war eine sehr bequeme Lage, sauberes Zimmer und sehr frisch geräuchert.

It was nice and quiet, rooms and premises were clean, vending machines and ice machines on the floors. Pool was closed and room service is on a per-request basis. Friendly and considerate staff and i felt safe stepping outside for a smoke break. The TV's are a bit laggy but it wasn't much of an issue for me. I overall enjoyed my stay.

The staff were very helpful. Amenities were bare minimum. The hottub was closed. There is no breakfast not even a continental. The king size mattress was literally put on top of a full box spring and the edges of the mattress hung over the sides. The pillows were so smelly and gross, like the same ones have been used for years. I had to buy my own across the street at Bimart. It was cheap and we got cheap. Served its purpose.

Hotel im alten Stil, die Straßenverkehrsverhältnisse sind gut und auch die Kellner sind begeistert. Der Hauptgrund ist, dass die Mitarbeiter von Ctrip gute Arbeit geleistet haben. Da ich in einem frühen Stadium mit ihnen kommunizierte und meine Notfallsituation reflektierte, kontaktierten sie alle das Hotel und lösten es sofort, daher schätze ich Ctrips Effizienz und Einstellung aufrichtig! Wegen ihnen bin ich bereit, eine Bestellung bei Ctrip aufzugeben.
