Hotels in Springfield mit Parkplatz

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. All of the staff were incredibly friendly. I especially appreciated Patty making lots of delicious crispy bacon and going above and beyond brightening our mornings. Patty made sure the buffet was well stocked and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Paige at the front desk was incredibly helpful when we were attempting to extend our stay and help that process to go smoothly. Dionne made sure our stay went smoothly.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Love the location of the hotel and the room was very nice and cozy too. Highly recommended

Location was fine. Room seemed standard level of clean. Toilet paper is ultra thin, and the soap and shampoo was very watered down, so I left the room feeling dirty. Sofa bed was so substandard that we wouldn't let our 12 year old sleep on it. The springs really dig into your back. Everything seemed clean, but felt so cheap that we felt cheap staying there. Coffee machine in the room was broken and it didn't seem worth the effort to complain about it. Ex-wife complained about the air conditioner next to the bed being too loud and coming on and off all night long that she had issues sleeping. Breakfast was solid, though. Waffle station was a hit, though the oatmeal, like the soap and shampoo, was very watery. Eggs and sausage were above average. No sliced bread, though they offered English muffins and bagels. Staff was very friendly. Best part about the stay was how amicable they all were. Makes me feel bad writing the rest of the review. Would probably avoid the hotel in the future if there were better options. It's passable, but doesn't live up to my standards and doesn't seem worth the price.

I booked 2 days from 10/07 to 12/07, but I arrived late on 11/07, the hotel cancel my booking for no show with no refund. I had to pay an additional day to stay at the hotel. Please advice if i could get some compensation for this unfortunate delay, thanks in advance.

Lobenswert! Das Hotel ist unerwartet gut! Die Einrichtungen sind perfekt ausgestattet, der Service ist aufmerksam, der Rezeptionservice ist mäßig und detailliert, und in den Details ist es sehr warm. Sehr nahe gelegene Orte haben Essen, kostenlos zum Flughafen zu senden, der Weg ist ungefähr 6 Minuten, komfortabel und warm.

Ich würde sagen, dass das Hausbetreuungspersonal die Standpersönlichkeiten für mich waren. Sehr professionell. Die älteren Vordertafelfrau war eine süße n hilfsbereite Person. Die Betten waren unbehaglich und sogar heute schmerzt meine Frau und meine Rücken/Hüfte.

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt, so dass es einfach zu entspannen war. Die Lage war bequem und nahe allem, was ich brauchte. Das Personal war freundlich, willkommen und immer bereit, zu helfen. Ein- und Ausreisedaten waren reibungslos und ohne Probleme. Insgesamt überstieg alles meine Erwartungen, und ich würde diesen Ort definitiv an jeden, der einen komfortablen und nützlichen Aufenthalt sucht, empfehlen.

Vergleichsweise einfach, guter Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, gute Einstellung des Servicepersonals.
