MMelanie TomOur stay at the Artisan was wonderful. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and worked with pride in their jobs. The lobby with a fireplace was great. We loved the ease of walking directly from the hotel lobby into Tuscan Grille for a fantastic dinner. We also enjoyed breakfast the next morning (off of the lobby as well). We walked around the shops and loved the Tuscan Market for a fresh sandwich for lunch, which we ate outside on a lovely October day.
The only thing that surprised us was that there is a lot of noise in the room. We heard everyone talking in the hall but most bothersome was Friday night - I think there may have been a DJ at the 5th floor club (we were on the 3rd floor). We were exhausted so chose to call it an early night and relax in our room and watch tv after a long day traveling. We couldn't hear the tv in our own room over the music from outside! In fairness, I believe the music stopped by 10 o'clock but when you're tired, it was a lot (especially at close to $500/night).This was not an issue on Saturday.
We would definitely return when in the area.

IILYAGood value for money, although the hotel is located quite far from the town centre.
Large, clean rooms. They have a small gym and free coffee/water for guests. I didn't have a chance to try the breakfast though.
The staff attitude could be better towards the guests. One of the guys at the reception simply doesn't know what a basic etiquette is (at least to say ”hello” to his guests).

GGastnutzerDas Hotel ist auf der Straße auf dem Weg zu erreichen, die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt neben der Straße, die Autofahrt ist sehr bequem und es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Zimmerraum und die entsprechenden Einrichtungen sind auch gut, zufrieden.

PPenny Mason-AndersonGerry machte uns zu begrüßen, dass wir auf dem Tisch gelaufen sein positives Einstellungslächeln, und Freundlichkeit war außergewöhnlich. Oft, traurig Front Desk Mitarbeiter können weniger als Chipper sein. Das war sicherlich nicht der Fall mit Gerry! Wir lachten und erzählten Geschichten und ehrlich gesagt wollte ich mit ihm auf dem Büro und Chat hangen. Er ist ein guter Mitarbeiter. Ich hoffe, Sie können ihn halten! Wir werden zurück sein!

TTee79Schöner Ort zum Aufenthalt. Es war ruhig, sauber, und der Besitzer war sehr freundlich. Nicht zu schlecht von einem Preis dieses Jahres. Sie verlangen $100 Einzahlung, die zurückerstattet wird, wenn es keine Schäden an dem Zimmer gibt. Alle Zimmer sind kein Rauchen, was schön ist. Ich empfehle Ihnen, wenn Sie in Hampton sind.

GGastnutzerNice, clean and quiet hotel. There was coffee provided in the morning in the lobby with sugar and powdered creamer. The elevator was quick and the wait was always short. The fourth floor room was on the small side however it was clean and quiet with a good heat and air conditioning system. The bathroom was better than I expected however the water pressure in the shower was inadequate although there was enough water.
The bathroom was spotless. The TV and microwave worked well. All in all, I would stay there again.
