Check-in closes at 9pm, and staff clock out. There isn’t a 24hours reception desk, so if you’re driving down be sure to leave plenty of time and get in contact so that you receive your late check-in instructions, unlike us. We arrived at 10pm, to a locked gate, with no idea what the code to get in was, and as we do not have US phones, were unable to call the staff. A guest kindly let us into the resort, and there is a phone on top of a mail box with an out of hours number. After calling, staff were able to talk us through how to get our keys, but the series of steps definitely made it feel like an escape room.
Room: Small and compact room. This hotel is laid out like a series of small cabin style huts. To be fair it had all the essentials, and was clean. The sink was in the room separate from the toilet and shower which was a bit strange. All amenities provided. Unfortunately, the AC unit is very loud, but there is also a fan, which is quieter, and tolerable to have on when sleeping. It is hard to sleep with the AC on.
Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Free drinks on check in and check out, no nasty surprises with the resort fee, which is $21.50.
Breakfast options were limited, consisting of fruit (melon and pineapple), mini-pastries, granola yoghurt pots and waffles. Instant coffee in flasks. Waffles were made fresh by the staff.
Plenty of cats were roaming around the resort.
Extras: Only a small car park was available, with about 6 spaces. It costs $30 to park here overnight, but there is street parking available outside for $6/hr between 8am-10pm. You can hire bikes to explore Key West for $15 per day.
Location: Very lively location, best location, right in the heart of all the shops, bars and cafes, walking distance to all the attractions.

GGastnutzerThe resort was very beautiful and well maintained. The cottage we stayed in was spacious and we really liked the decor and how soft the beds were. The food was good but a little pricey. We were not impressed with the cabana rental. The cabana was not ready when we arrived. We had to wait for it to be cleaned and set up. The cabana was not labeled and we were confused on which cabana was ours as there were 2 next to each other. We asked when service would start and we were told 10am, then we asked again at 10:45, then went to the front office at 11:30 and when 12pm rolled around with no service we decided to leave and get our money back on the cabana. At that point all we paid for was a chair and towel which did not meet our expectation when spending $250.00 on a cabana for the day. I would recommend several things for the cabana. 1. Number the cabanas so you can clearly see the number. Telling us Cabana 2 does not help when they are beside each other. 2. Stock the min fridge with water. 3. Clearly explain on the cabana rental that food/service will not start until a certain time. We expected to at least get something to drink while in the cabana. 4. Install a call button or app that you can be in contact with someone when you need something. There was a significant delay on getting our refund. And we do appreciate the Manager helping us on Friday get that resolved before we checked out on Saturday morning.
All in all, the resort was great. We loved the vibe and updates made to the property. The rooms were comfortable and fresh, and we loved the beds as they were very comfortable, and the sheets were so soft. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. We most enjoyed fish like a local with Patrick. We found that the pool in the middle of the property was less used and felt more quiet and more private therefore we spent our time with a good book. I would give the stay at 4.5 out of 5. Highly recommend trying out Three Waters Resort.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel habe ich anstatt eines in Key West selber gewählt, weil es einen Shuttle Service ins Zentrum anbietet und einen größeren Pool hat. Jedoch war dieser an unserem Abend ausgebucht. Wir mussten 2 Stunden warten und 3 Busse ziehen lassen. Der Shuttle zurück war ebenso voll. Wir sind extra den langen Weg zum Treffpunkt zurückgegangen, und dann vor unserer Nase ohne uns weg. Wer nur 1-2 Tage bleibt, hat also Pech. Das Zimmer war ultrasunkel aber groß. Die Flugzeuge hört man tagsüber sehr wohl und zwar unmittelbar. Es sind große Flzgzeuge und die fliegen alle 20 min.
Ansonsten okay. Von dem Frühstück darf man nicht viel erwarten, Kaffee gibt es den ganzen Tag in der Lobby

Breakfast included was alright, included hard boiled eggs, cereal, waffle machine, bagels and toast with jam, PB, and cream cheese. Starbucks coffee machine and water machine available throughout the day.
Air conditioning fan is a bit loud as the air handler is in the room. No one in the lobby to handle noise complaints at night, especially drunks using the pool after returning from a night out being obnoxious.
Charging a resort fee of $34.99, then charging $30 for parking is just an absolute money grab. Should've went with the other options that included the parking, but didn't include breakfast as that breakfast was not worth $34.99...

GGary McGinnisAmeracay is a very nice resort. It's not too far and easily accessible. It gas a nice tiki brand beach as well as a very nice courtyard with game areas and firepits.
The resort is in an area that has iguanas. These are harmless if left alone. Make sure yiu balcony door is shut so a curious iguana does not visit. You also should ve aware that in case of a cold snap, iguanas fall from trees. As long as they don't hit you in the head again they are harmless. Visited the outside bar fi a sandwich. Everything in the Keys cost more so prices are moderate. We shared a sandwich with no issues. The lobby area is very nice with suspended swinging chairs. Decorations are ”islandish” which is appropriate. There is a selfie wall which has keys mounted. There is also a wall mounted magnetic Scrapple game.
There are nice restaurants within walking distance. Both Midway and Lazy Boys were busy. If you go out for dinner, expect moderate wait.
Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The resort has a very snLl gift shop. Not much for men unless you need a bathing suit.
The only problem was the entire area was having water issues. There was no hot water in the room.
I would stay again. It's about half the cost of staying in Key West. There are places very close by if you want to plY in, on, or under the water. It may be possible to book a ride out to Alligator Reef Lighthouse via a service near by. Lots of places to hop on a fishing boat.
The water off Islamadora is a nationally protected coral reef. Make sure you know what you can and can't do on the reef.
The resort does not allow drone flying on property. You might be able to fly from a nearby bridge.
I will probably visit again.

GGastnutzerThis was a nice surprise. The location was awesome and accessible to everything that I did over the few days. I was there the hammocks the beach, the pool, the paddle boards, kayaks everything made it well worth staying. The staff were friendly.. parking was abundant. And even though it was on route one, it was set off the road and quiet.

Ein nützlicher Tipp für Kunden ist nicht vergessen, um Hausaufbewahrung zu beantragen. Das hat uns herausgefunden, wie es niemals vor irgendwo in der Welt geschehen ist.

GGuest UserWir waren für 2 Nächte hier, was nicht genug war! Das Hotelzimmer war geräumig, sauber und modern mit Blick auf den Strand von Hammock. Leckeres Frühstücksbuffet im Calusa ... Wir haben im Dry Rocks zu Mittag gegessen ... leckere frische Salate, Tacos usw. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. .
Wir liebten beide Strände. . . Coconut Beach hatte viele Sonnenliegen, viel Schatten und das Meer war schön und warm. Wir haben Paddle Board, Kajakfahren und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! !

CCynthia AnnIch habe die Bewertungen für dieses Hotel auf mehreren Websites vor der Buchung gelesen und beschlossen, mit ihnen zu gehen, weil sie alle gut waren. Dies war meine 60. Geburtstagsreise und als wir dort kamen, sah dieser Ort genau wie ihre Website aus. Schöne alte Art wie Sie werden nie wieder erleben.
Wir haben ein Zimmer auf das Wasser aufgebaut. Zimmer #1. Es gibt nichts von Fantasie über sie, aber ich denke, das ist das, was den Charme des Hotels hinzufügt, aber alles im Zimmer ist schön, komfortabel, sauber und funktioniert. Patio führt direkt draußen zum Wasser, wo Sie auf Ihrem Deck sitzen oder laufen entlang der Pier und schauen auf die Boote, wir hatten ein Boot vor unserem Zimmer. Ich liebe es, die Leute zu sehen, die bereit zu gehen. Ich habe gespielt und ihnen gesagt, dass ich froh bin, dass sie mein Boot für den Tag nehmen. Wir genossen unsere täglichen Pelican Besucher, die jeden Abend auf der Post saßen und wir genossen den Rooster jeden Morgen, als wir draußen saßen und unsere Eisthee genießen. Der Pool ist sehr schön, ich dypte meinen Fuß in und es war ein wenig kalt. Der Strandbereich war nicht viel von einem Strand in meiner Meinung. Aber es hilft immer noch dem Charme. Lisa und Tammy waren sehr nett und freundlich und wir hatten keine Probleme mit der Eincheckung oder irgendwelche Fragen mit unserem Aufenthalt. Es gibt einen Lebensmittelwagen auf der Website, die wir am 1. Abend essen, weil wir den ganzen Tag fahren und es war echte Flöhe, da wir gehen zu essen in Marathon. Ich hatte die Crab Pizza und Brian hatte die Ham Pizza. $15.00 jede und große für eine Person, wenn Sie hungrig. Ich habe nicht alles von mir gegessen. lol. Aber sehr gut. Das Hotel hat gerade Eigentum geändert und machen Upgrades und einige Renovierungen, so manchmal während wir dort waren es war ein wenig laut, aber nichts konnten wir nicht umgehen. Wir werden sicherlich hier bleiben, wenn wir zurück zu den Keys. Weil Sie nicht werden diese Alten Style fühlen sich auf dem Wasser für viel länger woanders, besonders für diese Preise. Bilder unseres Zimmers von der Decke und einer von unserem Baby auf dem komfortablen Bett. Conch Key 🌴.

GGastnutzerThe reception staff were lovely, so welcoming and helpful. Little heated pool and nice sun loungers, just missing some umbrellas to make it perfect. The outside grill was great to use and clean. Room didn’t get cleaned during our two night stay though… 🤷🏼♀️
